I had high expectations and they exceeded them. I was skeptical about the chicken parm — how good could it be? Better than I thought possible.

Great steak. Service was excellent. It was a busy night, but was still seated without reservations. The Crème Brûlèe was extra great.

Without the best restaurant in Los Angeles. It's a whole experience. Dining like a Hollywood star. Attentive and respectful service. Fun and old school at the same time. Delicious food and drinks. A place of brilliancy for sure.

This was an incredible evening - from the welcome at the door, to the amazing service my our waiter- Matthew, the food was impeccable! I was so happy to not be disappointed by a restaurant on Hollywood Boulevard! The Buratta was outstanding - as was the tagliatelle bolognaise and the veal schnitzel! We asked about the history of the establishment and were well informed ?Just amazing ! Got to sit in Marilyn Monroes booth and Charlie Chaplin. Will definitely return when in LA!THANK YOU

I ordered a menu based on other people's reviews and it was plentiful and delicious. I made a reservation in advance, but there were so many people that there was a bit of a wait, but overall the staff was friendly.

I've been going to Musso and Frank occasionally for about 40 years now.I went last week again. I always order the Sand Dabs and baked potato. Usually they just melt in your mouth but this time they were really chewy and not very good. When I asked for the check I told my waiter ChrisThat the Sand Dabs were not very good and please pass my comments on to the Chef.I did not ask for anything.Chris came back to me and asked me if I would like a dessert on the house. I said yes. I would like the Creme Brulee . I've had it many times before and it is the best ever.Needless to say I was very happy with Chris and his generous offer.I will of course go back again and order the same thing again. The Sand Dabs.

This place is great experience eveytime. However it used to be better when they would have large french double cut lamb chops that were cooked to perfection. They were the best i have ever had. Everyone I have gone with has said the same. They need to bring them back,

I was honestly expecting a tourist trap, bad food, rushed service. Boy was I wrong! This was the best meal we had in LA and honestly the best prime rib I have had in ages, if not ever. They know how to cook meat. They understand it needs to be thick and succulent to get a proper cook. The onion soup was perfect. The lamb chops, which we were lucky to get, were cooked beautifully medium rare with mint jelly and a mint peppercorn sauce. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable. My mother was very interested in the old Hollywood feel and he was able to give her tidbits about several stars of interest. The ambiance is perfect. I highly recommend a visit here. Especially if you are looking for meat and/or hard to find items on a menu.
