Açaí bowls are a joke for $12! Qwench was oddly closed on a Saturday so I opted out for this place. I first much say that Qwench hooks it up with the amount of Açaí and toppings given. This place not so much, they fill the cup with Açaí 1/4 full then cover it with a shit ton of granola and a "ok" amount of fruit. All in all I wouldn't be coming back.

Lovely smoothies here. Fast service and friendly service. Yelp check in for a face melter. Keep it going. The smoothie was delicious. Just wish it were bigger and cheaper don't we all?! :)

I am leaving a 5 star review for this family owned business because the service was great and the juice was great. The service was also excellent. I will definitely come back and it was open late which was convenient after a work out. (:

2 1/2 stars. If you go there to get it it's amazing but if you order on DoorDash/Postmates they're VERY skimpy with the actual açaí. I literally just got a bowl of fruit and granola. Kinda weird...

Naturewell is a cool smoothie shop on Melrose! After a long flight from Florida we arrived here on Melrose and needed something cool and healthy! Natureqell has it all! Drinks! Fresh fruit smoothies and yogurt parfait! We ordered the Mango smoothie and the manager was so graceful to give it to.us for free. Thank you so much! True Entrepreneurs don't always have money so it's great for businesses to give back. Nature well has done that and we pay it forfeit a 5 star review!

im a regular here and have never had any problem. the new guy they hired is fucking HORRIBLE. i always order online and no one ever has a problem with my order. every time he works, he "cant" see it. today i went in and he said the same thing, i showed him the proof like he asked and i was on the phone dealing with another issue and he proceeds to tell me if i have an attitude he wont make it? i said okay i need a refund and he said to get it from wherever i ordered. mind you, i ordered from their website. he told me he's going to call the police? lol i said okay do it and i kept asking for a manager and i just left. as soon as i leave, i get an email for the refund? for the order he couldnt see???? RIDICULOUS and that is him in the picture.

Was really looking forward to the acai bowls here after reading the positive reviews. Acai and fruit were tasty enough. However, we felt majorly ripped off with the tiny amount of acai given. He filled maybe 1/4 the bowl, and i thought he was going back to fill in more after adding the granola and fruit. Nope, that was it. Very disappointed after paying $14.50, including almond butter. Will not be back.

Horrible service. I've been a returning client for years, but unfortunately, I'm never coming here again. I've been on a grape cleanse for almost two weeks and I came here an hour before they close for a grape juice with ginger. Albert proceeded to lie to me and tell me he doesn't have enough grapes to make a medium juice because he has to save the grapes for another client. There's absolutely no business, and it's an hour before they close. I tell him that makes no sense, they've made the juice for me before no problem. He says his boss told him not to make a juice with only kale. There's sooo much water in grapes, the two can't be compared. I ask him to call his boss. He calls his boss and he says they can make me a juice that's half ginger half grapes. 1) Ginger is way more expensive than grapes. 2) If they wanted to charge me extra, I wouldn't have cared. 3) the guy started off the conversation lying to me, so who knows if he even called his boss. If this is how you treat your loyal customers, you shouldn't be in business. I guess I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Ok this is my first time ever making a review. As a Brazilian guy I feel I must say something about their "açaí ". First think, they have only one bow size that they wont fill it till top. They fill it until half of the bowl and when I asked for more açaí and less toppings they said theres no "extras" açaí!!! Like more than half of the bowl is extra? And also far away from being the best flavor. If you really wanna get a real açaí, best Ive tried was OakBerry first place, ubatuba Second. Both has Brazilians owners and know what they're doing!!!

thanks for the old frozen açaí bowl that you didn’t sell to someone else but decided to pull it out of the freezer for me and just throw some toppings on it. digging at a rock hard clump of açaí with a plastic spoon was the exact experience i wanted after paying $11. never again, but here’s one star for saving açaí in a freezer to resell like that. should have been fresh ??
