Employees very pleasant. I love my shot of espresso while I wait. HOWEVER; it is bad enough we cannot purchase the pods anywhere..... I come here and there is ALWAYS a wait.! It SHOULD NOT be this difficult. Sell the pods and move along. They always seem to get stuck with each customer as we are checking out. Again, very NICE employees. Just need a pep in a few steps.

The person at the front was very, very rude. His name was Angel. He said he wouldn't serve me because I don't look 18, and then he said if I wanted coffee, I needed to show an ID. I didn't have mine with me, so I asked if he could just let me buy one. He said no. I have never had this bad service anywhere. Angel was very, very rude.

All other employees are very nice in this place. Today I met one employee doesn't have good manner to customer who I ever seen before. I shocked when I checked his badge, he was team reader(initial P). His attitude isn't nice and kind, doesn’t look happy at sales floor, he is affecting negatively on their reputation. He needs more learn about dealing with customers and attitude. I love nespresso coffee, but now I'm looking other coffee option excepts nespresso.

When it comes to purchasing new capsules for your Nespresso machine, online ordering and delivery is usually the more convenient route. But if you happen to be shopping at Westfield Century City, visit their boutique to pick up pods in-person and try different flavors before buying anything. To get here, you will have to take the escalator or elevator up to the third floor of Bloomingdale's. Then you walk up to the counter to chat with one of their representatives. Sometimes there is a short line if they're busy, we waited a little under five minutes. You can also stop by if you just need to recycle used capsules. Besides coffee, they have espresso machines, milk frothers, and other drinkware accessories available for purchase. It was a pleasant experience, the staff member assisting us was patient and knowledgeable. They were generous with the samples, which is great if you are pretty indecisive or you want to be certain you enjoy the flavor before you commit to getting a 10 pod pack. You can still get a complimentary cup even if you don't end up purchasing anything. The flavor I tried was Peppermint Pinwheel, which was smooth and minty. Their standalone boutiques have better selection and are a little nicer, but they still carry a good amount of flavors here. Sometimes a certain flavor would be sold out online, but they would still be in stock here.

Great Nespresso store!! Ms. Gervais should be recognized as the most knowledgeable representative or manager i have ever dealt with in any Nespresso store.If there is someone in (corporate) reading this review please look into furthering her career with the Nespresso brand on the highest level.
Great place to get all your Nespresso needs. I do wish they had a touch screen with existing pod flavors and seasonal options. It is a lot of reliance on the sales people to let you know what you may like.

Excellent Service and Food! They were so busy but handle it so well. It moves fast. The French toast has a pretty heavy cinnamon flavor, but the sausage and gravy over biscuits needs a little flavor. Otherwise, it’s just perfect.
