Called in before going to the store if they had green chilli peppers, and they said they did. Went to the store to find out they don’t have any in stock and denied picking up the phone even when I showed them my call records. Extremely rude people, avoid if possible.

The worst food in LOS ANGELES , Neever goo there. I ordered butter chicken and 2 garlic Nans, and the Nan bread is burnt-out, and the butter chicken is nasty. Caan clearly tastes the red chili powder.... -_- When I told the owner instead of being nice, he is yelling and saying I am wrong. DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE I JUST NEED MY 21$ REFUND. At this point, I wasted my money there ?

Quick, and easy bite to eat at this place. The lady at the counter who helped with our order was very sweet. We tried the choley batturey, dahi papdi chaat and thaali. Food was just about all right, simple homey fare. But could definitely could use more spice and seasoning. I felt the taste was a tad bland for me, and for my kids and that's not typical for Indian fare that should be bursting with flavor.

Very good restaurant serving delicious paranthas as per customer requirements.

If you're Black, don't bother. The man who works the counter will look at you like with disdain as soon as you enter. I should have known better before even going in. They are notorious for that type of behavior. I asked for organic honey, but his attitude made me walk out and not buy anything. Especially when he was just exchanging pleasantries with a customer at the register that was of his same identity.

Delicious kadhai paneer, aloo saag, garlic naan, rasmalai, pani puri. Would go again. Owners are very sweet. They close earlier than 10 fyi.

I really like this place; the food is delicious and the groceries are well priced. The service isn't the friendliest but they make up for it with results. I really appreciate the intimate ambiance of the place, and appreciate having it around for whenever I'm hungry in a pinch

Friendly clerks that helped me find what I was looking for, since I do not understand the language on the package. They have items not sold in nearby Indian stores

Such rude, unfriendly, and difficult owners/family. I’m definitely done with this place. Too many problems.

I came looking for some hard to find Indian spices and other items for a new Indian recipe book I purchased. They had everything I needed.I highly recommend buying the more obscure spices and seasonings from a market like this. Green Coriander seeds at Whole Foods - $19.99 for a small handful. A huge bag over here? Around 5.99. Not even close!Next time I’ll be sure to pick up some samosas next time. They looked great. Very friendly staff who were knowledgeable and helpful in finding my items.
