This place was suggested by my boss and it was right across the street from our office. It was also big enough to seat the 9 people we had without waiting. They suggested we do family style since the plates were big and people could share. We got a variety of plates - Chinese chicken salad, egg rolls, chow mein, and Mongolian beef to name a few. Outs standing Chinese food, the best in LA! their Chinese chicken salad is awesome very different! All their food is super fresh and every dish is so tasty. I love their vegetable fried rice and I like to pick up from there. Nice people working there that have worked there for many years. An awesome restaurant. !

Came for lunch at this DTLA Chinese restaurant and it turned out to be good. It can be pricy but that's to be expected for many places around here. The New Moon has lots of the Chinese classics along with some more modern things. Good mix of Americanized and more traditional items. Prices may be the only complaint, but the portions kind of make up for these it seems. At lunch it wasn't that busy.
