The best crab you can have in LA Korea town. People who serves are considerable and they all work like family. Very impressive and lovely.

I used to come here to have a drink by myself or with some friends from time to time. The food here was decent but the mood and drinks made me want to come and enjoy. Since its changed to "New" Pipers, its been going slightly downhill though. Came here tonight to enjoy some drink and food for myself and it was going pretty well. The food was okay and it wasnt too busy. But I felt like the waitress and owner were constantly keeping an eye on me? I wanted to drink my drink and food in peace and I understand coming by to ask if I need anything but I was asked 10 times within the hour I was there. Maybe thats a good thing for some people? But I just wanted to enjoy some peace after work with my drink and food. Maybe she was trying to be a good server but it just wasnt for me. I felt like I wasnt to welcome and they wanted me out ASAP. Either way food was okay and the atmosphere is great there. Maybe Ill trying going in a few months again, but I wont be going for a drink with friends for a while.

This place is the same establishment as Krack N Krab.Service is horrendous for the most part. The man was on his phone when taking our order and forgot to bring us water, utensils, our order -- pretty much everything. He was nice as a person but tragic as a sever.Seafood was decent but not overly fresh. I would pass dining in here, but maybe better if you are taking out.

Horrible! The food was seasonless, we asked for multiple packets of salt to season our food. The sauce had zero taste, the "shrimp special" included 2lbs of shrimp, I went for headless which the menu said an extra $2 for headless. But, on my check they charged $4, plus $3 for eggs that I had to peel myself and not in the sauce. We requested garlic butter to help season the food and weren't told it was an extra $3 per small cup of butter. The headless shrimp compared to the shrimp with the head on my friend's plate were significantly different. I left half my food on the table because it was just that terrible. It was my first L.A. food fail. The owner provided horrible customer service, with a condescending attitude about whether or not he should remove the hidden charges off of our bills, and he did nothing but smile and laugh. Their service is poor as the food, and the restaurant was basically empty except with customers complaining about the same thing. The owner confirmed they're new management. It's not good at all.

wow this place was great. i came in to watch the Chargers Playoff game and I thought I was going to the old pipers. but it's a New Pipers and I wasnt sure what to get because now its just a fish fry kind of place. but I got the octopus, shrimp, and mussels. I chose the garlic butter, and it was amazing!!!! I will definitely come back.will have to try the fish and chips. the clam chowder was AMAZING and the owner and his wife ( I think) were very friendly. They seem to have some problem with a coupon for 25% off they never asked for and are having a really hard time getting yelp to take it down. So just be nice when they tell u there is no such coupon and please be understanding I could only imagine how frustrated I would be if that happened to my business. H3 offer3d me a 10% discount because of the mixup but i digressed The food was worth it. Please dont be one of those karens crying for the 25% off because it says so, OBVIOUSLY its a mistake you cant expect a seafood restaurant to give you 25% off to every customers entire order, i mewn be realistic, its obviously a mistake and they are trying to fix it.just go you won't be disappointed!
No service ,no hygiena, the waiters old not washed female , bartender not even speak english,the waiterss was dirty , the fork was not even washed, we asked plastic and she handled with dirty hands .anyway we had to leave .she opened the strophe with hands

Management is a mess. They speak very poor English and are heavily understaffed. Also note, peeled shrimp is not deveined. Will be avoiding this place.

I ordered 3 items and the place didn't have any customers but yet it took 30 minutes to complete the takeout order. I tried to eat the food about 5 minutes later and everything was room temperature. Everything was dried out and old. I ordered lemon pepper chicken and it was red hard and dried out the color of barbecue chicken with lemon pepper on it. I also ordered fish tacos and they put 1 old dried out breaded fish stick on each unflavored. The shrimp had eyes and a head with no seasoning when I opened the shell it was a shriveled up old dry meat inside. The fries were burnt and dried out, This food bad all room temperature as if it was cooked the previous day or hours earlier.
