want to start off by saying that this place is definitely timeless and i understand why it is one of the first ever sushi places in LA. The prices are unbelievable and i went with 2 other friends and ended up ordering a lot of food. The thing with sushi it’s hard to get full usually, but here the sushi that would be 2-3x the price is affordable and delicious. The atmosphere is great and authentic and your surroundings are pleasant and vibrant. Lots of people speaking japanese to the sushi chef and made the experience at the bar feel fun. i wish i got more pictures but we were starving but we wanted to try a little bit of everything. This place is great for family and friends and even a date at the bar for a fun time. make sure to on off hours or make a reservation if you can cause it can get packed in there. Overall it’s worth a drive to the K town area and get full.

THE FOOD: We ordered 4 different rolls. All of them tasted bland and were put together with the most minimal effort. The fish did not taste fresh either.THE SERVICE: Our server did not at all seem interested in helping us with questions we had about our selection of sushi. And on top of that, did not know the answers to very basic questions about the menu, such as: "Is this roll baked or raw?"THE ENVIRONMENT: It was not too loud, which is good. However, the booth we had was not clean and the chairs and tables were pretty old. The restrooms were not clean either.THE PRICE: We were charged a little over $29 for 3 rolls and 1 hand roll. This is definitely quite low compared to other places. But still, with all the other issues I mentioned above, even for this price, I would not eat here again.Parking: They have a free parking lot at the rear. There was plenty of parking spots available.

Horrible experience! My wife ordered food from here for my birthday and brought it home. We had ordered two rolls of one of their most popular dishes and when we opend the box those two items were completely missing! They replaced what we had ordered with another menu item. We were so upset we tried calling and they had already closed for the night. Absolutely horrible service. I gave them one star cause the other menu items they got right were yummy but come on, even our reciept showed what we had ordered and they still gave us wrong thing. Stay away from taking out from this place!

I will definitely say that food is much better when you dine in vs. takeout. Made reservation for 3 on Friday night, and we were seated quickly. It was pretty full when we arrived and started to form a wait line around after 7 pm.This is probably the only place I order spicy tuna roll. as you will see from the photo, the roll is stuffed with spicy tuna. Kinda like spicy mayo tuna. Fish was fresh, and the service was great! Better food and better experience when you dine in for sure.

This Japanese restaurant has been consistent with their food and service for many years. Their sushi and sashimi are enjoyed for all ages. I hope they continue their business for decades to come!We are always welcomed and appreciated. Their service is wonderful! I always appreciate every server here because they are nice and professional.The price is more affordable than most sushi establishments. I always regret going to overpriced sushi places.They have Perfected The Spicy Tuna here. You can not go wrong with this order.

I came here back during the Covid lockdowns for to go and was surprised at the quality and taste. finally after 3 years I got an opportunity to come back on a day they were open. All time favorite sushi spot in California. I’m sure there are better spots with outrageous prices, I’ve deff spent way more on worse in LA. Noshi does great sushi serving fresh fish at reasonable prices especially in Los Angeles every visit. Oh and they have an actual parking lot. Anyone hating on this restaurant probably thinks Ralph’s is quality sushi.
