First time customer, but will be coming back again soon and often most likely. Ordered the pork (chicharron) quesadilla. There was also a chicken and squash blossom option. The tortillas are blue corn, fresh pressed for each order. The cart is small, but efficiently laid out. Napkins, ice cold drinks and plenty of toppings/salsa options available. There was a line, but I didn’t have to wait long. It was great that she takes either cards or cash too. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how fire the quesadillas are here. We had chicharrón I believe added to ours and the crunchy and cheesy goddess of a quesadilla was created ever so tasty. The lady working the cart was really friendly (I spoke to her in Spanish so I'm not sure if she speaks English but there's nothing fingers/pointing won't achieve). All of the sides and salsas we added to our quesadilla were an appreciated addition to the flavor as well.I am so happy we stopped here to try this out. I didn't realize how much I would love a blue corn quesadilla!

Sooooo good! We had other plans for lunch but couldn't resist and so just ordered one to share. It was so good we had to order another! We had the potatoes and chorizo both times. Even though I'm a fan of trying different things on the menu, the first one was so so good we just had to get another exactly the same! We dressed it with the onions and cilantro, the cheese, the red sauce which is spicy (there's also a green sauce which is mild which we didn't try). and the pickled cactus. Perfection!

These quesadillas are worth the drive. The owner lady is so nice. We had the pork & huitlacoche and chicken & squash flower n they were both amazing. Def get the home made hot sauces on them too.

I park in the lot behind where she is located. I'm guilty of not paying for the parking because I just sit in my car and eat my quesadilla. Since she is so fast, I'm not there for a long time. Fresh blue corn tortilla with amazing salsa- let me repeat- fresh blue corn tortilla with amazing salsa! I get the chicken, but my boyfriend loves the squash one. 1 quesadilla is pretty big, and it is $6?! What can you get on Sunset for $6!? Cash only so don't forget to hit the ATM or venmo your BFF who always has cash before heading here.
