The shop is newly open. And I’d say that it’s not in that good a location?I ordered the champion milk tea with coconut boba. It’s too bad the shop doesn’t have standard brown sugar boba. This is the most expensive boba I ever had in town haha. But it’s worth a try. I like the salty cheese foam on top!

Best tea and boba of my life. The staff is so kind and concerned about creating an exceptional experience. I tried multiple but yesterday ordered kasha buckwheat with coconut sugar boba and oat milk. WOW. Such a comfort and delight. Reminds me of my childhood and the kasha my grandparents would serve. YummmDietary restrictions: Oat and almond milk options

The first time I went here I got the regular jasmine green milk tea to try them out because the prices for their drinks are pretty steep, but it was really disappointing as I didn't taste tea and it wasn't sweet in the drink at all, essentially it felt like watered down milk. A few months later which was recently, I gave them a second try to actually order their specialties and it did much better. Prices are still pretty steep given how small the cup is so I still don't feel great about coming here but at least I know whenever I do, they have drinks that won't disappoint me lol. I got the signature icy peak with their special jasmine silk boba and my bf got the coconut cold brew. Both of the drinks I'd say were a solid 8/10. The silk boba is a little interesting to me though, it's really good but it is essentially a thick chewy jelly rather than "boba". Easier on the jaw than boba and I really liked the flavor regardless. The coconut cold brew was strong in both the coconut and lemongrass flavor which I appreciated, and idk what kind of tea the icy peak is but it was still pretty good if you like a lighter tea flavor So overall, if you're gonna get anything here, just get what they're known for/what's popular lol

Technically, it shares a plaza with UPS and Brian's Shaved Ice, but it's located around the corner facing the street towards Marshall's. The boba is a bit pricey here, but they offer unique drinks and toppings. You can adjust sweetness and ice levels, but I found my drink was fine as is without any adjustments. It was also my first time having jasmine silk boba which was an interesting texture. It's like cubed boba or as someone else mentioned, kind of like grass jelly. What I liked: - Interesting texture boba - My drink tasted pretty good - Adjustable sweetness and ice levels - Nice service There is metered street parking in front or you can park in the shared plaza lot.

Stumbled upon OOO Tea after seeing their sign on their award winning tea from Taiwan, so we had to give them a try! Champion Milk Tea w/ Wintermelon Silk Boba ($9): Would get 50% sweet next time but it was super smooth. Wish it had more tea but it's my fault for not adjusting the sweetness to my liking haha. The winter melon silk boba was super unique though, so highly recommend. 4/5 Pistachio Ricotta ($8.50): New Seasonal Flavor. Good if you like Cheese foam flavors as the ricotta is pretty chunky and gives fairly strong cheese flavors. Reminded me of cheese cake + pistachio duo. Not my personal fave but worth trying if you like the flavor combos. It did come with this super cute pistachio dog holder though. Overall, staff was super sweet and patient with providing recommendations. Would probably come back to try flavors with more of a strong tea base since their ingredients are all pretty high quality. It's a little pricier than I'd like but pretty standard for LA. There's not a lot of seating, but I enjoyed walking around the space reading up on their ingredients and process.

Love the high quailty teas and the silk bobas. Red oolong tea, no sugar with winter melon silk is my go to!

We were walking to Wanderlust for ice cream, but saw a sign (and a line!!) for this new boba shop and ended up going here instead. Busy shop, but took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Lots of menu options - I ended up picking Icy Peak over Juniper Bliss. Regret!! You can definitely taste the quality of the drinks, but I thought my drink was soooo basic for $8 :'( I was also expecting a stronger coconut flavor for their coconut boba. My boyfriend on the other hand got the champion milk tea and it was so good!! Love a good cream foam! Their drinks are on the pricier side so I'd only go again to try the more unique drinks or the champion MT

Delicious drinks, high quality tea, and innovative flavors. Service was friendly. Ambiance was modern, but had long line. Only real drawback was the steep price!

Boba Yelp Reviewer from OC here. I am used to Orobae and Chi Cha San Chen but when I heard there was another boba place that brought their tea from independent farms in Taiwan and used a 4 chamber tea espresso machine for their tea, I had to make the drive. There wasn't a line and I had to try their Champion Tea with their handmade boba they phrase as Silk Boba. It is at the pricey side but that's at the point I am at for tea-focused boba. I understand why they were rated a winner for the milk tea contest back in 2022. This is a good spot and now I have a go-to whenever I make my way to the WeHo area again. Also shout out to Ron for excellent customer service and detailed knowledge of their brand

got the champion milk tea with boba! super yummy, the boba was such a good texture so soft and chewy. the cream and drink combo was really good. came out to $9 which is deff on the $$ side of boba drinks but was worth it. vibes were good inside and met the owner the day i came in, he was so nice and you could tell how passionate he was about tea and boba! definitely will be back to try the other drinks when im in the area.

This is the best tea we've had in SoCal, and we've tried our fair share of them. They brew everything fresh to order with a very interesting espresso-like machine. They take their time to explain the different teas and are clearly excited about what they're making for you. The red oolong is by far our favorite so far. Their boba is delicious and has had great texture and flavor every time. They were great about replacing something when I didn't like it. The spot is really nice, but there's no room to sit other than some benches, so just come expecting to work. But is a nice space to have a drink with a friend.

Wow OOOT has become one of my new top boba shops. They freshly brew every single cup, which is why the prices are higher than other shops, but the quality is definitely there. They make their drinks as quickly as possible, but you can't rush perfection. Surprisingly, I didn't love the coconut boba. I much prefer the wintermelon silk "boba," which is more like a grass jelly than boba because of its texture. It also holds well in the fridge overnight, unlike regular boba! I always get the Everyday Oddinary with the wintermelon silk. My husband has sworn off other boba shops because he doesn't like the taste of most of them, BUT will gladly take an order of the Everyday Oddinary with oat milk and wintermelon silk. The staff is super friendly. I always get good service here. I love that they have an easy online ordering system and their to go bags have cup holders to make transport so easy. I will say that the lids aren't great for drinking boba on the go, though, because we experienced a lot of spilling from the straw hole in the lid as we were walking from the shop to the car. My only complaint? I wish they made a bigger size! Sixteen ounces isn't nearly enough for me! I feel so lucky to live in the same city as OOOT because this is their only US location. I hope the success at this location encourages them to open more. They accept Apple pay and credit card, and there's metered parking on Olympic or you can try to find a spot in the lot. They also have a sign that says they have free parking, but I haven't looked for where that is

If you're looking for a unique and modern tea experience with a focus on quality, sustainability, and flavor exploration, Odd One Out Tea in Sawtelle is worth checking out. The innovative brewing method, diverse tea selection, and commitment to eco-conscious practices set them apart. I had the juniper bliss which is Red Oolong tea infused with juniper berries and dry mangos for 24 hours. It also comes with Handcrafted juniper jelly. It's truly a refreshing drink to wash down the bbq I had for dinner before coming here. However, the shop is small and has limited seating, especially during peak hours. Be prepared to wait for a table or grab your tea to go just like what I did. Also the prices here are slightly higher compared to other boba shops.

Had been wanting to try the boba here for a while now and finally had the chance to stop by. They're in the same structure as my hair salon, so I know you have to pay for parking, and since I wasn't sure if they validate, we found street parking across Olympic. I can appreciate that they brew the tea to order, but the boba really missed the mark. We both got the coconut sugar boba, and the boba was way too overcooked to the point where it was essentially mushy and had no chew/bite to it. For the price, it was underwhelming to say the least and I'm not sure if I'll be back.
