The portions are generous and the hearts are plentiful! This restaurant has everything! The owner was really friendly, so I felt good the whole time I was eating it. The chicken kalguksu soup was rich and not too salty, which I liked. My friend had seafood kalguksu, and there was a lot of seafood, and the soup was clear and rich!! The red bean kalguksu is really delicious, so I definitely recommend it.
Nice and quiet place, everything was clean in the dining area. I had the Korean rice cake with dumpling soup, and it was absolutely delicious! I ate and drank it all. The Kimchi and Daikon was fresh and flavorful. The waitress was very nice. Overall, it was a peaceful place to have some tasty soup. I'm coming here next time I visit LA and I'm sending this place to my friends. You know this is a good spot since the korean ahjummas and ahjussis flock to it. It was truly an experience eating here. The mandoo is perfect. I have no complaints. It was garlicky, gingery, incredibly flavorful, with a thin but chewy skin. The kimchi is the kind of bright red that you know just by looking at it, it will def not disappoint.
