Fabulous

I can't say enough about the food, service and extremely professional staff. There were 6 in our party and the server didn't miss a beat. Such a memorable evening. The food and wine, exceptional. If you want to impress friends, family and/or clients, dine here.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was blown away by the phenomenal food and drinks. The service was truly exceptional, with every staff member being attentive and detail-oriented. Our waiter, who I believe is from Chicago, was especially outstanding. The delicious food and amazing service made for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 4 for dinner. The food was very good. Our server encouraged us to order 2 appetizers 2 pastas from the primi menu, and 2 items from the secondi menu to share amongst all of us. If we dined there again, I would order appetizers and individual pasta dishes. The pasta is what I enjoyed most - our server was very stiff and not very open to answering questions or talking with us about the menu. We had the halibut and duck confit which were both delicious, I just would have enjoyed eating pasta! Definitely glad they had valet available - finding parking separately can be challenging.

A wonderful experience. Food and service off the charts. Duck Confit, Branzino, Halibut are incredible. The Gnoccho Fritto is unusual, and delicious. And don't leave without having the Bombolinis. We had a great time.

After several rabbit-hole internet searches for high quality gluten free pasta, all reviews pointed us toward Osteria Mozza. They did not disappoint. Amazing gluten free, hand-made pasta and we tried the Boar Ragu and the Lamb Ragu. My husband had the Crispy Duck Confit— the best duck we've had, probably ever. If you're looking for safe, gluten free pasta that tastes like real, wheat pasta— don't hesitate to dine at Osteria Mozza.

Our experience was unforgettable beginning to end. From the hostess to waitstaff and everything in between, we were treated like VIP. The food was wonderful! We started with the Caesar salad which came deconstructed as well as the duck with kumquats, which was served on toast. For our entrees we had halibut, which was wrapped in prosciutto, hanger steak(it's called something else on the menu), and pasta with a ragu bolognese. All exceptional!

I had my 1st time experience at Osteria this past Monday. The food was impeccable, gorgeous, and heavenly. I would give this place 5 stars if it were not for our service. Our server was awful. When the conversation at the table turns away from the amazing food to the server, this is bad. The ambiance was great - a little crowded but expected it to be this way. I am writing this review to tell this restaurant that when you pay top dollar(over $500 for two people) for such an amazing meal, your server should be enjoyable. She had told us that she would guide us through the menu and did nothing like this. We even wanted her and the kitchen to blind pick our third course - the entree. She either did not understand or ignored what we said. This was after she said that she would help us choose our primi - pasta selection and did nothing but wait for us to decide. She also showed her rush and dislike about us closing and finishing our bill and then after the fact saying we wanted two glasses of wine and that we would take a new bill. She sighed and was obvious in her dislike that we were asking for the wine. How, Osteria, can you have the most heavenly food and awesome sommelier and then leave us to a server who made our experience leaving a bad taste in our mouths....

Bar pasta tasking is worth every cent. Bartender was awesome to watch, but too focused to chat. This might be the perfect restaurant, as good as silvertom's cookbook. Expensive as hell, but a lifetime food experience.

Superb Michelin-starred Italian cuisine w/ chef Nancy Silverton. O. Mozza has been a solid SoCal staple since 2007.

Value for $$ is a B- in my book. The pasta was outstanding. The desserts imaginative and delicious. The starters/apps just ok. It may have been how we ordered, but our server was quiet/supportive. He seemed rushed and didn't seem to want to interact which was disappointing. Overall, I felt we didn't get a $400 meal as we have at other Michelin restaurants, but everything is subjective. The pasta as outrageously good- maybe not $400 but fresh, sauces were complex while still simply constructed.

This place is amazing and truly deserving of its status as a consistent Michelin starred restaurant in Los Angeles! Probably some of the most delicious Italian food that my wife and I have had. Los Angeles has a lot of Italian restaurants and we've been to several of them, but Nancy Silverton's Osteria Mozza currently sits at the top of our list. We came with a group of 4 with the intent of ordering and tasting a lot of items. I won't go into detail on each one because that review would be like a full essay - but I will say that everything we tried was soooo good! And yes - I mean all 11 dishes from the bread to the dessert. Wife's pretty fancy so this was totally her jam. It is more of a fine dining experience and prices definitely left my wallet feeling REALLY light, but the ambiance was a little more lively than it was quiet - especially around the bar area. Our server was excellent which is a positive because that can make or break the dining experience. I like to mainly focus on the food but felt I had to comment on the service as well. I wish I could include all my photos but they were all pretty dark. If you really want to see the food, then I would recommend going and trying them for yourself.

We had an amazing evening at Osteria Mozza on a night out with friends. From the moment we were greeted at the door until we left all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The were very knowledgeable about the food. The food was amazing from the mozzarella bar, salads, pasta and the fish entrees we had. The dessert was a perfect ending to this excellent dinner. We highly recommend.
