If you're local you know about Paco's and the awesome manager here. Now that they finally got back to normal biz hours and are OPEN LATE they deserve 5+ stars! The home made corn tortillas are amazing!

Terrrrrrrrrible!! Chicken and carne asada are boiled with absolutely not flavor! They must have no salt in the back because they don't use it Idk if they're trying to make this a tourist spot or what, but don't waste your money if you're looking for Mexican food.

Been going here for years as good was good & margaritas better. But... Quality of food has gone way down .. they are just going thru the motions now. At a point where I'll go to any other Mexican restaurant now. Chicken Enchilada was blah .. carne asada taco was just ok . Walked away feeling cheated .

I've been going here for years with the gang. Both this and the Centinela location are the best. Great staff and delicious food. If you can, get a seat so you can watch the nice people making all of the fresh tortillas. My god they are good. I never leave without a few for later. Excellent portions as well. An absolute must.

That tostada (bowl) was magnificent. I love how hot and fresh it came out, no diddy. I love the chips and their salsa has a nice kick to it. The way the lighting is set up made it hard for my visual impaired friends to see, leaving them to complain about not seeing the menu, but I like that intimate feel. So maybe this ain't the homie spot ya know? Service was great in my estimation. Them beans will make you cause an earthquake under your covers. So I wouldn't suggest eating ALL the food in one sitting. And it's a LOT of food. Will be going back, in the day, not with the homies.

Was looking for something to eat before having to hop on the plane and the service here was amazing. Even though the restaurant was packed, we got our food quickly. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was super attentive and friendly. If you're looking for something delicious and a lot of food, be sure to stop in.

Usually when my husband came to LA. on his business trip he came here with his L.A. guys and had dinner. I always heard dinner at Paco's Tacos. Then, I came with him and this time he didn't have plan for dinner with his guys and "it's Taco Tuesday!" So we decided to have our dinner here. Drink menu is read to code and see it. I ordered XX Amber (I expected it is draft but it came by bottle..) When I went to the bathroom I passed bar area and I saw the tap in a bar counter, so I don't know how to order the draft beer. On their menu, lots of choices and hard to read everything, so I took long time to make decisions what I order. I ordered Chile Verde and my husband ordered Paco's choice. For now I'm writing this and feel little regret why I didn't order tacos on Tuesday(lol!). My Chile Verde, plenty of meat!!!! OMG! I love verde sauce but I'm sorry I couldn't eat even half of the meat. Flavor was okay but I needed some kicks so I use hot salsa sauce (came with tortilla chips) on my dish. My husband's Paco's choice's two kinds of meat (Adobada and Carne Asada) flavor was pretty good. Came with fresh warm tortilla. He enjoyed his meal.

Dirty, servers don't know what is in or on the dishes, food is bland and dry. I came here because of the reviews. There is no way they are legit reviews. This place is disgusting.

Paco's is just great everything. The service is always excellent. The food is authentic, with a wide selection and big portions. The scene stealer is their tortillas. Both corn and flour are made by hand in the center of the restaurant as the main attraction. They elevate an amazing tasting menu. Try the chicken milanesa plate and ask for both types of tortillas.
