“New Owners, all the delights of the original menu, and they're adding NEW stuff too! I've been coming here since I was a kid. Seekh kabob roll is my go to with the sides of chutney. Their chicken lunch special is great price if you're looking for a big portion meal. Their combo plates are good portions. Mango Lassi and OG chai. Naan is baked fresh in a clay oven. And man I tried the chicken tikka BBQ the other day it was sooooo juicy and full of flavor. Theres a reason this joint has been around for 3 decades“
“This place really does just get it done. Bought here twice, once for my buds wedding and now my own. This place is perfect for a quick turn purchase and tailor. They have a bunch of sizes all in the same color which is very valuable when you're buying for your groomsmen. Their tailor is right next door and they walk you over to them. The staff here always leaves me feeling they hooked me up! They do talk and move fast but I personally like that pace when I'm trying to get things done last minute. Ideal for groomsmen who need the same suit all the same color and you get a shirt, tie, and handkerchief. It's a one stop shop which I appreciated! Suit quality is about what you pay for they're not the highest, but they look good in pictures and tend to be some wool blend.“
“Second time to Al Watan. You don't come here for the ambience or service but for the food. Overall I would said the food is good as we tried the different number of dishes. We tried the tandoori platter, samosa and lamb and chicken briyani. It was an enjoyable meal especially with 6 of us sharing the meal.“
“I highly recommend the crispy, tasty, and super delicious naan; seriously, I have never eaten naan that good before! Another item on the menu that is definitely worth ordering is their biryani, which is so delicious it is impossible to describe. Generally, all the food in the menu makes you feel like you have left America and are sitting in a Pakistani or Indian restaurant, it is that delicious.“
“No frills, simple, and homey restaurant with incredibly generous portions of biryani. I ordered the lamb biryani, which is one of their most popular items, along with a samosa and chicken roll to try. There's a service fee for card transactions (I think 5%). The samosas and chicken rolls stay in a small food warmer box near the entrance and is self-service . They call your name to pick up the main entrees at the counter. Chicken roll was really savory and the samosa had a good crunchy fry to it. The complimentary chutneys go well with them. The biryani comes with its own special chutney (sauce?) that brings a much needed brightness (minty-herbaceous) flavor profile to the otherwise salty and filling biryani. It took me 3 days to finish and made for great leftovers. :)“
