So sad tomorrow and Wednesday will be the last 2 days for Palette. I'll miss their bowls for sure. I work close by and I get their bowl for lunch sometimes before COVID19. Since you get to customize your own bowl, and they offer so many different types of veggies and extras to add to your bowl, it feels like you were eating at different places each time! It's always delicious and always fresh. Sometimes they even have vegs that I never heard before, only because of Palette, I get to try all the different unique produces from local farmers! Oh and I loved their horchata drink and other in house salsa/ hot sauce... Everything! Just everything is great. You can taste the freshness, the passion and the patient they put into their food. If you haven't try it yet, last 2 days for you to try! Don't hesitate cause I am not sure when they will open again with this terrible virus still going around LA. ***BRING CASH FOR TIPS!!***They have parkings in front of the store (coin meters) or you can park on street nearby. It's a residential area behind the store, you can get free on street parking and maybe some shades from the trees. I usually park my car in the residential area and get there w a 2 mins walk. Not hard to find parking just a block away.

A bit pricey, but very tasty.

I really appreciate Palette Food and Juice! The food is wonderful, the prices are decent and they are super conscientious about everything. It's clear they use high quality ingredients, eco friendly packaging and take care of the environment and the customers. That's not an easy thing to do, while keeping the food affordable. Today I picked up a super delicious and deeply satisfying meal and was grateful to see this gem of a restaurant open and how well it was being run in the current situation. They had a table at the door with a credit card reader and the owner was at another table probably 8 ft. back. Thus, nobody was near the food, except the people preparing it (with gloves and masks), and they weren't near each other either either...one in each room. It was incredibly well thought out. Thank you Palette! I highly recommend the chocolate chips cookies btw. :).

Favorite food I've had out in quarantine! Such delicious, fresh flavors! The bowls are perfect, veggies amazing and loved the strawberry drink. Highly recommend this gem!

Easily one of my favorite lunches in LA. Is it pricy? Yes. But with the quality of ingredients, in house made food and sauces and catering to various diets, it's completely worth it. Plus everyone who works there is really nice.

It can easily be said that I could do this meal at home, however I am not going to be preparing all of these side components freshly everyday for myself for one bowl. What makes it great are the flavors, variety, quality and selection, which changes from day to day, just in case you find yourself here on multiple days during the same week. Since I've basically cut red meat out of my diet, the bison has been a real treat to eat for me and the small, a perfect portion! Every thing seems to be made from scratch with fresh ingredients. My favorite is the cashew cream chia seed pudding, it's to die for. The horchata is very good and my daughter loves their chocolate chip cookies.

This is my favorite place to eat in LA. It's like Chipotle if everything was organic and if they had options like seasonal edible flowers. For meat lovers, there's grass-fed bison and chicken, for vegans, there's tempeh, and for fermentation lovers, they have all sorts of pickled goodnesses including the most vibrant, bougainvillea-colored kraut. The bowls are so colorful by the time I'm done adding everything in, they end up matching the flowers on the table. I lose all sense of food-photography shame and enjoy capturing the beauty before eating it. It's all delicious and gives the healing feeling that only home-made, made-from-scratch food can give. We're used to cooking organic food at home and it can be hard to find restaurants that have organic, thoughtfully-resourced food, even at some very expensive restaurants. So it sometimes feels silly to go out to eat when we can get more quality food at home for so much less. Palette surpasses that quality and adds unique creativity and knowledge that makes it worth venturing out. The owners and staff are so caring too, about people and food. They welcome each person and share about the options in a quick but thorough way. And I figured out that if I order a small bowl with no protein or special add-ons (avocado, egg etc), I get a wildly satisfying, nourishing meal for about the price of a Chipotle bowl, around $8. (Tip: When the Palette staff fills your bowl, they're being considerate and leaving room for you to add more later down the line, but if you're only getting veggies, ask them to add more so your bowl gets full.) But if I want to get a big bowl and bison with all the fixin's, it can be around $25. I often eat according to my hormonal cycle so my order can vary greatly depending on what week it is. I love that there are options to match the many moods of my wallet and body! Last year, I had my birthday party here. It's not really a birthday party place. But I love it so much, it felt right. We came at 7:30pm, just before they closed and we ordered to go, then went down the street to the Greek place and ordered rosewater sea-salt dates to be able to get a patio table. Eating this love-filled, thoughtful food under the night sky with my closest friends and partner was the sweetest, intimate celebration of life!

There is nothing really special about this place. It feels almost as if everything you can get here can be bought at trader joes for a cheaper price. I do give them credit for selling healthy salads, but it just isn't worth the price that they charge. The place looks boring and small as well, so dining in there is a real forgettable experience.

This is a GREAT place to get HEALTHY CLEAN FOOD. I lost 20 pounds incorporating their food along with yes... working out etc. They are in Atwater Village and deliver. Good people doing good stuff for the community. Support them and stay healthy. THANK YOU!!!

My friend introduced me to Palette this past weekend, and I'm so happy she did. I love concepts like this -- especially the 'build your own bowl' option. I'm on a specialized diet and having the option of putting together exactly what I want/can eat is really nice. 10/10 recommend!

This is the best place with the best-quality food in the Silver Lake/Atwater area. Whether you're vegan or paleo, this place will make you happy, feel healthy, and satisfy your hunger. It's a bit pricey (a bowl can be $15-$22 if you get grass-fed bison, etc.), but you get what you pay for.

Love the agua fresca and the bison salad! Oh and the staff are great!

Thank you for adding the small bowl! Now that a smaller portion is available, I'll be a regular here on weekends. My only deterrent before was that the portions were too hearty, so I only came by when I knew I would be able to save the leftovers. This is such a unique place. Fresh ingredients and great sauces. Healthy, local, balanced food you can feel great about. Don't get scared when the carbs/rice portion is small - they fill this bowl up with so much goodness, you won't miss the carbs! Chipotle this is not. I wish I worked nearby, because this would be my daily lunch. Please open a location in DTLA! (Buyer beware: the hot sauce that has warning labels on it truly is danger. I almost ruined an entire bowl with the tiniest drop of it, and I am typically a hot sauce fiend! Still delicious but my eyes were watering!)

Their food is delicious. I felt like I was in the scene of Ratatouille when Remy was describing how each flavor is totally unique. But combine one flavor with another, and something new was created. Mouth watering delicious.

I eat here all the time. The owner, Molly is lovely and supports local farmers which I appreciate. Her food is made with love and care. The employees there are well educated on what they serve and the ingredients used which is important. The place is all organic and as someone with food allergies (gluten and dairy), they are able to accommodate me well. They serve excellent free range organic chicken and pasture raised bison. They make their own sauerkraut and bone broth too which is fabulous! This is the kind of restaurant we need more of across the country. We need to spread the word that good food is medicine. When I eat at Palette I always feel good and rejuvenated afterwords. Support your neighborhood small businesses!!
