The food is always good but service has suffered. Feels like waiting staff don't care about customer experience. Ashame. Orders taken. Seemed like an eternity to get our food and someone decided not to bring soup first as it's customary. Ashame.

The service is very good, the truth is that it is very good.

The Kabob King of Downtown LAIf you're looking for the tastiest, juiciest chicken kabobs in Downtown Los Angeles, Panini Kabob and Grill is an absolute must-try. Their perfectly marinated chicken is grilled to perfection with a delightful char, making it both tender and flavorful. The portions are generous, the sides are fresh, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Whether you're in for a quick lunch or a casual dinner, you'll leave feeling satisfied. I highly recommend this spot – it's now my go-to for the best kabobs in the city!

Ambience is nice! There's always patron here so it never gets empty! I like the food selections it has vegetarian options and their chicken is so tender and supeeeer juicy! Cooked at its finest! I like how huge is their serving!

This place was a last minute find for a work dinner. I would not have known it was a chain with multiple locations. It had a very cozy family atmosphere. We enjoyed dinner outside on the partially enclosed sidewalk patio under the pub lights and cozy heaters on a cool spring night. We started with the hummus trio and some warm toasted pitas then, everyone in our party had a kebab plate (one had shrimp, one had beef and one had chicken) we all appreciated that they had removed the skewers before serving. The kebabs were served with choice of rice or bulgur pilaf and a choice of salad. I personally had the chicken kebab with brown rice and the avocado salad. The salad was dressed with an abundance of lemon and the rice was perfectly salted. I ended up mixing the salad and rice together to balance out the acid profile of the salad for my palate. The portions were great and everyone was super satisfied. The chicken was so juicy. Our waiter was attentive and polite and there was a good bit of traffic for pickup orders and dine-in customers during our meal. Overall, if you're in Downtown LA this is a great dinner spot! (Note that I did not go inside so I cant comment on the decor or ambience indoors)

Went to eat with my family and while I was waiting to be seated I saw the manager was yelling at his employees which I think was out of line because everyone in the restaurant can hear him the worker called him Henry , so Henry is one rude person poor

I can't tell you about the food because they never gave it to me. I understand a lunch rush but this service is so awful. I wasted 45 minutes of my lunch break and still didn't get my food. When I asked for a refund they just flatly accepted with no apology. Never coming here again.

Panini Kabob Grill served up an incredible meal for our large group. We preordered and they were ready for us with fabulous food in a downtown location. Highly recommend.

Having a 14 party lunch can be a huge ordeal, anywhere you go. However we had the most wonderful and seamless experience with Carlos H. The professionalism and hospitality was excellent and his warmth and availability was so very appreciated. Thank you for making our birthday party such an stress-free and enjoyable time!!

One of the most affordable/healthy options in the mall, and honestly probably in all of West Los Angeles. The food is excellent - get the chicken kabob. The service is absolutely terrible though, I saw servers who spoke the same language as guests getting better service while we were given attitude for them having forgotten our drinks for 15 minutes, and messed up our order. The other staff was apologetic. The manager didn't seem to care either. It's a shame because their food is good, but there are clearly some issues going on. Everything about takeout is also true, the people who come in are all annoyed and mad as they are waiting for along time.

At this Mediterranean restaurant, the dining experience was a harmonious symphony of delectable flavors and top-notch customer service. The succulent kabobs, perfectly grilled to perfection, showcased the chef's expertise in blending spices and grilling techniques. The salads, bursting with freshness and vibrant ingredients, provided a refreshing complement to the savory main dishes. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the warm and attentive customer service.

Do not order take out. The pick up time they schedule you for is meaningless as you will stand around for 30+ minutes waiting for your food past the scheduled pick up time along with everyone else standing around with angry faces. I asked for a small side of tsatsiki ($1) to make up for losing my entire lunch hour and they told me to get lost.

Great people and service. Both the prawn and flat iron kebob’s were delicious and the smoothest iced tea Ive had. Both visits were a thumbs up!

Love this location, food was wonderful and the portioning is always good. Pricing is also great as the plates are easily two meals. The service was quick and friendly.
