I ordered online and the tracker said ready and I went in and she told me 15 more mintues. Called Me rude to my face when u simply asked why it wasn't ready when online it said it was. Please retrain staff. I also work in food service as well. good food bad service.

Terrible customer service. The middle age Hispanic woman(dark hair) is extremely rude and lacks basic customer service skills. She did not greet customers upon entering store, nor did she ask for the order .. not even a “how may I help you” .. “thank you” or “come again” she just stood there staring. If this was the first time ok but she’s ALWAYS like this. Not a good look for the Papa John’s brand, she should be put through a course in customer service.

Papa John's is the place you won't return to even for free pizza. I work in delivery and no one pays less than you. If I were Dordash and Uber, I would refuse people like you. this damn restaurant, if you can call it that, is staffed by degenerates. you can come to this restaurant to vomit or go to the toilet. Aria at the reception. the most incompetent team. workers do not know how to talk and do their work. where do you recruit such disgusting, uncultured people?

even 1 star is too much for this place.placed an order on uber at 1:20 ish 40min before closing, they said the wait time was 20min to get it delivered, when driver got there she told me that they told her to wait another 20mins, so she waited. AFTER AN HOUR i asked how much longer it would take and she said there were 10 more other people also waiting for the food. and around 2:20AM they just canceled my order without any notice. like seriously? if u cant handle all the orders, either stop the order or put ur wait time higher so we know not to order from you. God dam im not even mad about the missing food, im wodering how they even manage to run this business like this. 0.0001 star for this place

I eat a lot of pizza from many different chains. My favorite used to be the Dominos on 3rd st but lately the dough has been raw, and the employees make it obvious that they don't like having customers in the building. Really a turn off. But as soon as I walked in, Michael greeted me and was probably one of the most polite and pleasant people I've encountered in LA. Honestly, employees like that are hard to come by and if this location takes itself seriously you'll give that guy a raise.

Congratz Papa Johns Vermont, you are the first business I rate 1/5 stars.I called Yesterday to place an order at 10:36 pm (my partner worked till very late and I was busy as well, we didn't have any food at home).The guy (Papa Johns Employee) told me that the store on Sunset is not accepting orders anymore so I thanked him and wanted to hang up, but then he said "the one on Vermont accept delivery orders if you are interested", I agreed and placed an order of a large Pizza and left a 20% tip!The guy said the order will be delivered in about 25-30 mins. We waited for about 45 mins before I decided to call and check the status of my order just to realize that their customer support is not available anymore and I can't talk to anybody (also tried calling the store but they didn't answer), and of course no pizza was delivered!They charged my credit card for $43.94 and I got nothing! My partner called the next day (today) and the manager claimed that they called me yesterday night, spoke with me on the phone and canceled the order!! Why on earth would you charge me for nothing and then lie to me when I confront you about it?!Never again!
