The food may be very good but you call by phone to place an order and they put you on hold for up to five minutes, and you realize listening to how they joke and never take your order, too

Absolutely terrible experience here. My mother went to the restaurant today and was served raw meat. After approaching a waiter she was told they would give her a new plate but charge her twice , as if it was her fault she was served raw meat?! My mother asked to speak to the manager who was very rude to her and after proceeding to ask for the owners contact info they refused to do so. I called back and they refused to give me the owners name, phone number, or even availability. They were rude on the phone and the lady I spoke to also refused to give me her name. She then clicked on me without giving me any information!! I am appalled at the service. If anyone knows how to get in contact with the owner please let me know!
