My husband and I have been loyal customers of Pasta Roma for over a decade. We either order delivery through UberEats or go in person. We have tried other places and nothing beats this place. The food is delicious and we especially love the ability to customize our entrees to our liking, even if it means paying extra. It's well worth it! Service is great and just what you expect from a cafeteria style restaurant. This is not a fancy Italian restaurant so set your expectations appropriately. They are great nonetheless and ironically, I prefer them over some of these fancy Italian restaurants I've been to. Prices are super reasonable and I have yet to dislike something. I loathe terrible customer service. I literally just left there and the cashier had a piss poor attitude. She was rude and dismissive. Her less than professional disposition as a food services cashier is unacceptable. I just don’t get it. People make a decision where they work, so she made the choice to work there, so she signed up to deal with the public and that should come with a friendly and pleasant attitude. I asked for a bag for my food and she threw me the bag and I asked for napkins and she gave me two…I ordered a large pizza. Really two napkins. Ugh…Major Suck!!!What happened to excellent customer service. What happened to taking pride in doing an exceptional job. I guess it went out the window. It’s like get a job as a mortician because the dead don’t care if you’re rude.Zero Stars for Monday nights cash register worker!!!
Been coming here for years! Great spaghetti, great chicken penne pesto; love chicken pesto pizza with spinach, tomatoes and jalapeños! Can’t go wrong with any of the dishes!

I went for the first time and did a long line it was a girl in the are were you suppose to order your food but she didn’t ask me nothing. She look at me and turn around to keep doing some packing orders, so I keep going to the register where you suppose to pay. I stand in there for 30 minutes until the other girl ask me about my order and I was so confuse about it. The she explain me how things work in there. Is very bad customer service, for people who never being there is very confusing especially if the young girl that is taking orders is not very friendly and helpful. I just walk out because by the time I look behind me it was a long line and I was hungry.
