I am in LA about once per quarter and always make it a point to eat at Phorage. Their food is always delicious and reasonably priced with perfect portion size. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I am currently eating this pho and it is so good that I want to cry. I am a huge pho enthusiast and always try different restaurants in search of great pho. This is hands down the best pho I've had in LA, and just as good and possibly better than the best pho I've EVER had. The broth is so so flavorful, it's making me question every other pho I've ever had. It's very very hearty and every bite I close my eyes and it's hard not to scream for joy. On top of that, the service is amazing and super friendly, but not in the fake way, but in a way that you can tell this restaurant really cares about their pho and if customers are enjoying it. They even told me that they slightly tweak the pho based on customer reviews. 11/10!!!!!! When I saw the menu I thought it was going to not be traditional pho, but it's so so much better than that. Cute inside and seating options perfect for solo meal.Washugyu Beef Pho

Service was really great! The lady who helped me was very nice and attentive during my visit. My low review is for the pho. Unfortunately, the pho was super salty and bland at the same time. I usually finish my broth, but for this one I couldn't. I tried adding basil, hoisin, sriracha but the broth was still bland. The serving size was pretty good and they gave me a good amount of protein. It's also pretty pricey. Wish I liked it, but the flavors weren't there and I expected it to be better, especially for the price point.

Came here last night and the place was empty. Service was nonexistent, since they mostly hung out in the kitchen, out of sight to us. Our food took so long to get to us. There was another couple that showed up after us that received their food before us. The server noticed my expression and tried to explain that the dishes we ordered was more complicated... We ordered straight from their menu (two pho and two snack dishes) with no changes. How is that more complicated than the pho that the other couple ordered? Our food finally shows up much later, but not all at once. The waffle fries show up first, and then it would be another ten minutes or so until the pho was served. And yet another while before the broken rice dish was served. And then to add insult to injury, the food was subpar and overpriced. The pho broth was salty and tasted nothing like authentic pho. My bun bo hue tasted like they used the same sad salty pho broth and just added extra chili oil. No lemongrass flavor or any kind of taste except salt. The beef curry that was supposed to be on the waffle fries or the broken rice had none of the coconut flavor it claimed was in it. Didn't taste like curry at all. Just seasoned ground beef.Super disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

Very good food, attentive staff and cute little restaurant. I love their Phos and the rice bowls though the latter are small sized. My family has been going to this restaurant for years!

Love it here! Such a great neighborhood spot with great food and service. We usually get the Pho and we love it. Looking forward to trying the other menu items.

What happened Perry? This used to be our go to place when we worked in the area. We ate here practically daily. My favorite was the chicken in clay pot, herbaceous, earthy loaded with umami and all the right stuff for a home cooked meal It's now a random mess of diced chicken thigh (think KungPao from the worst Asian restaurant) overly reduced and salty beyond comprehension, with just oyster sauce and soy sauce

This place RIPS! So delicious / consistent. Try the oxtail or birria pho. Manager was really cool as well and was quick to help me w a customer service issue (which was an order mistake I made, not them).

Pho was decent. Vermicelli dish was so-so. The nuoc cham didn't taste great..AND the takeout box with the restaurant's sticker is NOT microwaveable. I was nuking and the sticker caught fire!

I used to love this place. I've not been there for a year and it's not good. So salty, greasy and I won't go back. Real shame, used to be so much better.

Pho was definitely mid. If you're desperate for a bowl, come here but it won't fully satisfy the craving. The service was great though

Phorage is a no-frills restaurant for delicious food and outstanding service. This is my go-to spot for pho and I love the specials they offer which offer some tasty fusion recipes (Birria pho and Spricy Lemongrass pho are great specials they offer) Other favorites include broken rice dishes as well as vermicelli cold noodle salads (BEST CHICKEN THIGHS EVER). Since I usually order delivery or takeout I know how quickly and efficiently this restaurant runs. It’s become my comfort food and I eat it weekly.Dietary restrictions: I have gluten intolerance and I can eat the pho without any reactions. Big win!
