A bad experience, my daughter was made to wait more than two hours. After spending an hour, she called and they told her that you didn't know what had happened. After waiting another half hour, she called and they told her that the order was canceled without him and after that He had to wait time passed and with this it was already more than two hours and they did not know how to respond the only thing they told him was that they canceled the order again, they are giving a bad service they have to be more organized the owners trust the staff but they are letting go to customers with this bad experience

It's obvious they don't care about these reviews lolThe food is consumable but there's isn't even an essence of customer service so don't expect that. Even tried to put in an order by calling and they just hung up immediately and refused to answer afterwards. I would've respected it more if they said to use the app/website, or hell, they could've just said "no". Anyway, it's pizza.

Everytime I visit the restaurant always kind, considerate and friendly to meet my needs. Even during the lunch rush.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a standard size wheelchair to pass. I've even seen a few electric ones enter
After the minimum wage increase in 2023, pizza hut fired ALL delivery drivers to only use uber/door dash. Their pizza sucks worse than their policies. Do not solicit this parasitic business.

Staff were super friendly in the morning. The chubby lady working their gave me the $11.99 deal. Came back Sunday night. Those people clearly didn’t want to work there. I went back at night time cause the morning people were so nice. The cashier girl clearly didn’t want me to approach. Might as well shut the place down. Will prefer to go to another Pizza Hut. This one no bueno. Especially at night time. From a 5 star experience to 1 star experience within hours. Shame.

I really like the fact that they are one of the few/ rare places that accept EBT. Their pizzas are good too. Not like a mom & pop Italian restaurant or nothin but still good. I usually get mine Margherita style (they don't typically make those but I get them too lol)
