I visited this plaza for the first time this past week and it had a bunch of shops and H Mart. There were a couple of shops that had cute little knick knack kid toys/utensils/stationary/mugs and my niece bought a few cute Hello Kitty items! I bought my daughter a cute Pochacco calculator keychain and my husband a Naruto mug. The next time I'm in Koreatown I will for sure stop by!

In Koreantown, must stop by somewhere. Free parking. 3 stories. Clothing, beauty, and HMart. Prices for ready-made food seem to be cheaper here. Mall bakery was a bit expensive. Their clothing sizes seem to be petite sizes. Saw this rice cake bakery that seemed to be interesting. Wanted to buy but didn't. There's a food vourt. Lots of friends gather. So many choices to eat. Next time come back to eat. That cheesecake was tempting.

Pho - How is it that it doesn't taste the same as before? It's a place I visited on purpose, but it's full of regrets. The owner touched the money and immediately put onions with his hands. When you pick it up, it floats ?‍?Great appetite!Hygiene concept...Wash the onion in water and drain the water. It would be even better

The Parking booth was out of service so Free parking for the day! In any case, this is the one of the best spots to park in k-town as you can get free parking for up to 3 hours as long as you buy an time, and with an H mart being right there at the entrance, it should be easy to find something that you need like a drink or a snack.

I really wanted to like this spot but unfortunately the castella was dry and rather tasteless. They were out of the chocolate flavor, so the cashier recommended the original one in lieu of it. Whipped cream can be purchased for an additional price. Drinks are available for sale as well. It’s located inside a food court of the mall and free parking in the garage is available. Plenty of indoor tables inside. The portion size is large and could feed 3-4 people. Credit cards are accepted. There is a public restroom available next to the counter. You pay first and then receive your order.

Love this retro style mall! My favorite spot is Tonkatsu House. I always get the big tonkatsu- huge serving and the meat is lightly breaded and thin. Love the homemade sauce it comes with too!

It's like half shutdown, half just ordinary, that's it. Hopefully it thrives again because Covid is no longer a threat, time to do business.

Checked out this underground food court today where we were the only non-Koreans We decided to grab food from Plaza Halshik and though it wasn't as cheap as I imagined ($41 for 2 meals--more or less the same price range as BCD Tofu House for the meals we got), the preparation has a homestyle appeal to it and I especially loved the purple rice. Taste was incredible and orders were served with quickness. Must try the tonkatsu and corn dog spots next time. Plenty of parking and it's free for 3 hours so that's a plus.

Great spot if you're craving a wide variety of Asian food, including snacks, meals and even desserts. Just know that they close at 7 even on weekends, so unfortunately was not able to try a ton of food when I went. Was able to grab beef rib soup from Plazza and it was very delicious and also came with some banchan! Will say that the food is also reasonably priced compared to other food hauls- definitely worth checking out!

A time capsule! Welcome back to 1991! Koreantown Plaza from the outside looks drab and un-inviting ! However don't judge a book by its cover they say, once you park in the structure and enter the plaza it's a different world! Full of energy and people on the weekends-it a happening place! The weekdays when I been here is a little more calmer and quiet. Seriously though, this place hadn't changed in appearance since the 90s! Kinda charming in a way. H-Mart and the International Food court are the attraction, but the plaza had so much more. A cool place to visit and explore in K-town.
