After 2 year I'm getting lunch from this amazing place again. My coworker and I decided to eat here. Flavor is so good as it was like 10+ years ago when I first tried, the young lady who's taking orders is very polite, and friendly,. I had a quarter chicken with salad and French fries, which is so delicious. Personally I would recommend this place whenever anyone is around for work, for fun, shopping or not, or just in the area,. However the place gets really busy, even before they open people are already waiting. If anyone is from far I would recommend to call ahead and place the order, is really worth it to wait some time honestly .Parking: Parking is small for the huge good taste of the chicken. It really gets busy

If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. The owners/ staff are rude condescending individual. For instance they insult and ask if you paid, when you have the receipt in hand. Secondly, they will push back your order. Thirdly they give out the wrong order. Fourthly, the owner will speak ill of you as if you can’t hear them. Lastly, the order wait time is up to an hour. As a child I would always visit this establishment, the elder owners have left this establishment in horrible hands.

The chicken is ugly and very expensive and the old woman who charges very pedantically as if one were going to ask for a gift. I don't recommend it for a chicken and 3 tortillas. She charged me $28.00. I will never go back.

The service is deplorable. Poor customer service. The Japanese- Peruvian lady who works as a cashier doesn't have any customer service skill at all. She got mad for anything. I ordered my food to go but I changed my mind later and she was mean to me saying that if I order my food to go, I should take it home instead of eating in the restaurant.
I haven't ever had an experience like this.
Please don't go to the Pollos a la Brasa at Western in Korean Town.

Catered a lunch for 40 folks today in the office. I was completely swamped with work and only had 24 hrs to find catering for the event. They were totally fine with my order of 10 chickens for the next day. The meal was chicken, french fries and salad. The family meal is $30x10= $300+ tax=$330. People were very surprised, happy, and satisfied. They could stop talking about how delicious the chicken was. Then my Latino colleagues gush over the aji sauce omg they were using it like salad dressing on their chicken. Out of the 2 containers we only had 1/2 container left which my Latina colleague took home to share with her mom. Been coming here for over 10 years and should have written a review much earlier but this catering put them in "awesome" status. So glad I work in the city.

The best chicken I’ve ever had and I’ve had chicken in every joint all over the world. Best rice, beans and cold crisp salads. I’m in love and I can’t get enough.
The food here is consistently good and priced right. Only issue is the prick manbaby that takes the orders. He’s so rude. I don’t know if he’s overworked or hates people. Give the guy a vacation or something. He needs to cheer up.

Horrible service, parking is too small. Employees are in a bad mood. Low staff. Took longer than expected. I was told 45mins, had to wait for over an hour. Food is good but Not worth the wait. Save your time!

First, you can decide how much chicken you want (quatro, halves, whole) and choose a side menu. You can add drinks, etc. and it's in the $15-20 price range. Be careful because the green sauce is very spicy.
