YOooo! 5 stars forsurrrrreee!!! First off, the packaging was excellent. Not one drip!! Presentation for the Quesadilla Frita caught my attention. It looked simple on Yelp, but sooo good? Lol I don't like fried food much. Somehow, I was convinced to get the fried quesadilla. It surpassed my expectations. Like I had a feeling it would be good, but I didn't think it would be this FRiGgin GOOD!! The corn tortilla was different from the reg tortilla. It was a bit thicker and a bit chewy. The beef was fresh and well seasoned. OMG, the cheese pull was unexpected. Everything was balanced. Yumm!! I like how they placed the grilled onions on the side. I don't like onions, but I dont mind some grilled onions here and there. The grilled onions added even more flavor to the quesadilla =) BOMB!! They also provided pickled onions and cucumbers on the side. There were 4 different types of sauces avail. For $10, I was surprised that it was all stuffed with beef inside. Yelpers didn't let me down. Thanks! Service was 100%. The guys were friendly & ADORABLE! =)

Amazing food! Live that it's not super greasy. It's the closest I've had to homemade. Must try!

The fried quesadillas and pambazos are a must have here for dinner or a craving. the salsas are al fresh and the prices are reasonabl. Really wish they still offered the quesadillas with mushrooms and ham that always hit the spot. Wish they were open everyday because their food is really good.

This place is located in a parking lot of an auto shop. The area is relatively clean but you are in an autoshop parking. Parking can be hard to find. There are standing tables for you to enjoy your food but no seats. I like how the salsas are placed in a ketchup pump versus a giant metal pan w a scooper. Less mess and much more hygienic. I.e. no bugs in the salsa! Food is really fresh and made on order. Also not as greasy as other taco trucks. I guess this is a good or bad thing depending on the person lol. I had the quesadilla and it is very filling. It had queso, sour cream, crumbled cotija cheese, lettuce and cabeza. Super delicious and made of corn tortilla. We also had two tacos de asada and a horchata drink. Everything was delicious. Total price was 16. Not a bad price. Overall we really liked eating here and we would definitely come back.

Very very good and authentic, fried quesadillas are extremely good and taste home made asf. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, considering it's quality Mexican street food.
