So bad. Ramen was bland and tasteless.Ordered the combo for spicy Tonkotsu and Gyoza.Gyoza came in a box, cold, and soft. The bowl didn’t come with egg and not worth the price of $17.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Eat at Ramen King Keisuke if you enjoy eating absolute trash pulled out of the garbage of Century West Field Mall. The Gyozas should be used as ice for the their sub par drinks and their ramen taste like an old cup noodles meal with hot piss. I had to order at the excellent nearby Fuwa hibachi to cleanse my palate after this disaster of a meal. Please refund all your customers

Eat here! This ramen spot is so good. My favorite thing to order is the spicy tonksu. Luis the manager provided great customer service. Their broth takes 8 hours to make and it shows. Try the gyoza too

Eat elsewhere. I ordered two dishes for take-out. Items were missing from both that were extra charges. I added a simple request to the order that was ignored. I also ordered an additional flavored egg in my ramen. It was packed with the other ingredients, still in its shell and severely undercooked/inedible. The menu looks great but nothing I've had there actually makes me want to order it again. Very bland taste and just a bunch of salt.

One star really means zero - the lowest possible rating. This location should probably close. I've eating at this mall every week for the last year and I've noticed there is never a line which should have been my first , but I love ramen and decided to finally give this place a try. This is food court is in a higher end mall so there are some really good options for lunch. First, there were only two employees who really didn't seem to know what they were doing. No line and I still had to wait for my order. The egg whites & yolk were raw, the outer whites very slightly cooked. The broth lacked flavor and was lukewarm. The noodles were still slightly undercooked and but edible. The chicken was flavorless and had an odd texture. The goza were ok, but again, just barely warm. Sorry but this place is firmly in the "never again zone".

*** ‼ Warning ‼ *** This is what i ordered. But when the ramen was served (location in the food court), it had veggies on my bowl . I told the lady about my order and she took it back and supposed to make a new one. The fact is she didn't make a new one for me. She just took the veggie out of my bowl and sent back to me. I found out after i ate it almost half of it. A few minutes after i ate *I HAVE ALLERGIES REACTION * because of the mushrooms . I had to went to my car to get the medicine and take it. She almost KILLS me. You should be more careful about what the note people put it. I can sue you by this. You must know that.

Worst ramen I've ever had. Zero flavor, undercooked, and the egg was almost raw. Go literally anywhere else in the mall for better food.

From the perspective that this is a Ramen place in a mall, I thought it was solid. Don't expect that you are getting Shin-sen-gumi in Little Tokyo but if you were in the mood for something hot during a windy and cold day like my wife was I think this place is a try! Great service and nice people working here.

service sucks, people inconsiderate and rude having to wait 1 hour to get food while the workers keep ignoring you is so frustrating. I had ordered and payed and after waiting for 30 minutes I went up to ask where my food was. They said I never ordered and didn't give me a receipt so I had no way to prove I had. There are two workers there unbelievable they couldn't even remember one of the only customers there. They didn't even try to help me and just continued on to making other orders. I stood there for 30 more minutes before anyone even tried to talk to me. At this point I was so done with them when the lady finally came up and to me. She barley acknowledged what I said but comprised on making my order. This was such a waste of time.

This was terrible, inedible. The barely there broth is made up of straight up dark meat chicken fat. That's all you can taste, there's no other flavor beyond that. I had to crack the raw egg out of the shell myself. It smells bad and tastes bad. I was desperate for ramen, but this was a big mistake. Skip this place and run very very far away from it.

This is the worst ramen I had. Bad food quality and service. I don't recommend this place.

I was at Century City and looking for something to eat, and I saw Ramen King KEISUKE and decided to try their Spicy Tonkatsu, which came with all the toppings. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment after my first bite. There was hardly any broth, and the broth itself was bland. It lacked the rich flavor typically expected from tonkatsu ramen.

Understaffed on a Saturday waited over 40 minutes for food that never came out as I had to leave by that point.
