Bought a few different croissants for family breakfast this morning. They were stale, at least a day old, and just tasteless. Ugh. So disappointing.

Area is a little weird but a great little coffee shop other than that. Cute little store attached too.Oat latte was good. Oat milk at the bottom and comes unstirred to give you the option of stirring or having the drink in two stages. I prefer that.

Usually my go to coffee place. It’s dog friendly, family friendly, and really feels like a neighborhood gem.Kid-friendliness: So many young families come to the shop. They have kids chairs out in the back and plenty of treats besides coffee for them to have.

Matcha tasted legit! Love the little pet-friendly cafe and the merch they were selling! There was also a pop-up of Ugly Bao there when we went.

Good coffee and great environment, I love that they have an area selling second hand clothing as well as independent artists' work. Everyone who works here is super warm, friendly and helpful.

This place has such a good feel to it. I ordered a chai latte with honey, chocolate chip cookie and almond croissant. I personally wish my almond croissant had more almond paste and flavor in it, but one thing I did like about it is the amount of sliced almonds that were baked on top. Chai latte and cookie were on point for me. Service was super friendly and kind. I would definitely come back here again when in the area.

Sweet little coffee spot with one of the best matchas I have ever had. Super authentic and yummy. They had a really cool store attached with all kinds of goods from plants to cool clothes to pottery! Not a ton of seating so just a heads up.

Matcha with oatmilk at agave --- was mid. all you can taste is the oat milk, and the Matcha didn't really seem like it was a ceremonial grade, and they don't overly sweet their stuff, so that was good

make sure you get the honey cinnamon latte hot. It didn’t really work well in the iced drink

Overall quaint coffee spot. Solid coffee & tea taste. Appreciated the Earl gray Lavender tea latte novelty. Did not love the ambiance/lounge factor. Would bookmark and come again. Coffee:* la marzocco machine* very reasonably priced ($3.75-$6.25 per cup, medium and large sizes)* cappuccino ($4.25) - a little thin, perfect amount of bitterness, due to the Togo cup, when the temp drops it becomes a hairline bit too sour but other than that it is a perfect cap. I would say solidly meets expectations. * Earl gray lavender (total: $6.00. $0.75 cent Oatmilk substitution) - they're unable to do 1/2 sweet because the Syrup is pre made. With 100% sweetness it still wasn't too sweet. Great balance in flavor. Beautiful taste and texture. Wish there was coffee in this drink but other than that a superb tea latte as they nailed the tastiest blend between Earl gray and lavender. Above and beyond expectations. I have try to find another spot that nails this blend. That being said, because there's no coffee in it and it is still a very light tea with a splash of milk (not too milky), I like it but I'm not addicted to it like how I am with the Boy & the Bear. I'll return to try their vanilla latte. * to go cups do not come with a plug stopperAmbiance:* dog friendly + dog treats but no offered dog water bowls* tables and chairs are made out of wood so medium comfy. * inside and outside seating. The tables are very close to each other so if you have an energetic dog this may not be a good spot as the walkways are very narrow.* outside seating is not as nice. It's just some chairs and tables put out in the parking lot and is behind a large building so it gets a lot of overcasted building shade. No view to look at other than a back alley and a asphalt parking lot. * on site bathroom * on-site water station Parking:* free street parking (~5 spots)* free parking lot in the back (3 spots)* no street parking Wednesday 10-12 pm. Street cleaning * tough to find a spot. You have to get lucky and wait or park around the block and walk Service* average * only 2 workers * coffee didn't take a long time to come out
