I finally made it to Sprinkles. I had heard about it so I was excited to check it out. I ordered the carrot cup cake. I found it to be dry and hard around the edges. It had a little more moisture in the rest of the cupcake, but it was very dense. I wouldn't describe it as a cake texture. It was very compounded and not as flavorful as I had hoped. The frosting was fine enough in-fact that was its saving grace. I thought there would be a large selection of cupcakes but it was very minimal. I went to the Sprinkles in Manhattan Beach. Maybe the one in the Grove has a larger selection. The server was nice. The restaurant was very generic and bland. It wasn't inviting. It's called Sprinkles. I would have thought it would be colorful and fun. I'm not interested in going back there. But, you may really enjoy it if you don't want a cupcake that's not overly sweet. My friend had a vegan red velvet cup cake and she loved it. Although I didn't like what I had I think you should definitely check it out. It may be exactly what you like and they do have a vegan selection and I think I saw gluten free cupcakes also.

Great cupcakes, my son loves the place. Always a great experience. Definitely a big fan.

I've been a customer since the day they opened around 2005 and would drive to Beverly Hills to get my cravings fulfilled. I'm sad because I'm feeling the quality is declining because of how many franchises they have which I love but the quality of the flavored cupcakes don't taste as fresh. My experiences have been more dry and stale tasting and a few locations I've visited. This particular location we waited to be greeted and we waited 5 min before even being greeted we had to knock on the glass Friday afternoon for service and the guy who came out looked like we just woke him up and not the friendly service we expected. We asked for the Barbie cupcake and St Patty cupcake.. and he told us we had to order at the kiosk. Which we didn't notice at that location since it was new to us. The center of the Barbie cupcake was hard .. didn't expect that didn't enjoy the flavor of the fillomy but the st pattys taste like an OG ding dong. I love the Grove it's one of my favorites to walk around and relax shop and dine. I think sprinkles needs an update on appearance make it more of a sit down cafe. Make it IG photo friendly. Baking fresh and keeping the cupcakes fresh..

They only have one vegan item, the Red Velvet Cupcake. It's delightful! However, if they're sold out, vegans are out of luck.

Okay I'm normally a HUGE sprinkles fan. Minus 2 stars today because they messed up my order that I was so excited about. Its my dogs birthday so I put in a mobile order for 3 pupcakes +2 cupcakes. Im Vietnamese, lunar new year is around the corner so I was SO excited to learn that sprinkles has a limited edition Gold Dragon Bruce Lee Cupcake. I wanted to order one to sample before buying a dozen to bring to my parents house on actual lunar new year day. Once I got home I was soo disappointed that they gave me the wrong cupcake ! I'm not even sure which I got but it didn't have the little cupcake topper as pictured. So minus two stars for that. Such a shame because I was totally looking forward to it. Boo on you sprinkles. I get it if they were busy and it was totally chaotic. But there was just a couple standing in line before me. And no one behind me.

I really like this location it feels super convenient especially for a quick treat and calorie splurge while shopping around . Especially during festive season, it's perfectly placed it feels. Love their vegan velvet , tastes the same as every other sprinkles location I just feel this one is more convenient especially if you have other things to do in the area :)

Adjusting to a gluten conscious diet hasn't been the easiest. One of the things I miss most are cakes and other holiday desserts. I was at the Grove yesterday and as I was leaving I decided to see what they had for people with food restrictions. I was in luck! They offer a gluten free red velvet cupcake (they also have a sugar free one and a vegan one too). I bought one through their kiosk and it took just a few seconds to pack it up, and I took it home. I tried to wait until the next day to eat it but I failed. It was so good! The cake was moist and it tasted like a regular cupcake to me. I'm so happy I can get a cupcake that won't upset my stomach when I'm shopping at the Grove. Yay!

Who doesn't love a sweet treat after a busy day! We visited the Grove to take pictures with Santa and have dinner. It was on a Saturday night and it was crowded. I placed my order via the Sprinkles app and it was very easy... but I'm not a happy with the pickup time selection. You must select a date and time first and then place items in your cart. If you take too long selecting cupcakes your pick up time expires and you must go back and select a different time. This happened while I was placing my order and lost the chance of getting the cupcake flavor I wanted (Strawberry). This was so annoying because I had set my mind to getting strawberry, but instead had to go with banana. Cupcakes were good overall!

The cupcakes are so good!! Like some of the best I’ve had the only thing that it’s expensive which is expected for a business at the grove.

Very disappointed. Cupcakes just taste like regular bread. No flavor. Debating if I should take them back. Definitely poor quality.

This shop is tucked away and I nearly missed it. Had cupcakes from Sprinkles before in different states and as I was leaving The Farmers Market googled and found the shop a 3 minute walk away. Yes at $5 per cupcake they are a treat but after a day of walking around a cupcake and coffee never tasted so good Only wish I could take these home

Hidden away in a small corner but easy to find via the map. Super easy to order via their kiosk.Be sure to inspect your cakes before leaving in case they mix up your order. I suggest getting the mini assortment. Good experience but not my favorite cupcakes.

The cupcakes are pretty expensive, and too sweet. They are good, but not my cup of tea. Feel like it's overrated, you can get better cupcakes somewhere else.

There's a reason why I'm a Susie Cakes girl. Cannot believe how dingy this lil' corner shop is. (I know, I sound like the assholes in the South Park "You're Not Yelping" Episode.) But seriously, how hard is it to show the joint a lil' TLC. Maybe run a Swiffer-Picker-Upper across the front, invest in some Windex... I mean, look, the website address stenciled on the window reads: prinkles.com. Dude.Anywho, I only stopped by 'cuz the kid's a militant vegan and I wanted to add something sweet to his Nordy bag of goodies. Girl hands me a wrinkled up brown-paper bag, sealed with a sticker that won't stick. Grease all over the bottom. And, was that a PLASTIC fork she just offered me?!?! Geezus.First time I tried these was in Newport Beach, and I could NOT believe how dry the cupcakes were. (Don't worry. Soon after I found Miss Susie, so I survived.) Second time was from a vending machine at the 90210 store; forced by the kid to try the vegan Red Velvet, it was very good. So this one better be, too. Or it's going back to HQs with this review framed and attached.
