Came in yesterday night around 10:20 pm The line was long so I decided to make a Mobile order . Usually all employees are nice and welcoming in every Starbucks but the girl that took my order has the worst attitude ever . “Told me to not make mobile orders if I’m in line “ ????The person that went in front of me , was having the same conversation with the manager about her attitude. Unfortunately nothing seems to be done .
Poor customer service went on 3/8/22 around 10:30pm girl had bad customer service gave me my drink tasting just horrible had to go back and ask to be remade. She said that’s how the drink taste, I told her I get it all the time I know how it tastes I only buy that one drink had to get in a argument to get my drink remade even when she got the drink back to redo it she was giving me attitude, I am guessing the manager came up to see what was going on I told her she was being...read full review
