I came here one morning & they were having problems with their oven so I wasn't able to get my breakfast but they refunded me & also they offered me a complimentary sandwich once the oven started working. Well a few days later I went back (as it's not my usual Starbucks) I inquired about the complimentary sandwich even though I thought it was a long shot that the same employees would be working but to my surprise they had communicated to one another about it, they even remembered my name. A+ service

Very friendly staff, I was greeted by literally every staff member, almost in unison. That alone immediately made my morning a little better. I ordered ahead and my drink was ready when I got there. I'd been there once before and a barrista knew which drink was mine and handed it to me. Thank you starbucks and staff. The people there really are why I will keep coming back

By far the worst location in this area. The staff is super rude & everyone working seems to hate the job. It's close to my office, which makes it very convenient and the drinks are always good but the service is very poor management needs to get on this issue.

Horrible service, instead of mentioning that in store hours they close early as 6 p.m.; they have the audacity of telling someone who is walking that the next Starbucks is a five minute drive. There is no sign stating that they close the in-store at 6pm and she never spoke to the manager if I could order my coffee thru the drive thru since they said that was still open.
