More people working in the service deli. The people who work there are overworked. I have seen people wait and then walk away. Also, during the weekdays when they are trying to stock they leave empty boxes lying around for hours and customers could trip on them. Wise up store management you are losing money and could have a lawsuit from someone falling.

I came in last minute for a traveler and Jocelyn was so nice about making it for me. I know I came in last minute, but they she was willing to help me! Thank you thank you!! I love to know that Starbucks has amazing employees like her!

I give it two starts because they have the Starbucks merch i wanted. Young lady who rang me up didn't even offer to give me a bag for my merch. I had to ask and bag items myself. Fine. Then to order my "Cafe Vanilla Latte" she changed it to Vanilla late. I think its a different mix. But fine. I had a headache and just wanted to leave. If you come here, just know its an emo vibe you'll get....not very friendly or helpful. No offense to actual emos.

The baristas at this location are awesome. For the most part they are quick and always make the drinks right on point. I haven't had a bad experience at this location. 10/10 I prefer drive through but the Starbucks on York just ALWAYS disappoint with their drinks now. Not sure what's going on over there. So getting off the car and walking into vons for Starbucks makes it totally worth it at this location. The baristas are very much appreciated
Worst Starbucks I've been to. The service sucks and they suck at making the drinks. Either they don't know how to make it or they dont care. I've ordered my doppio with cold foam many times from other locations with no issues but when I get it from here the foam dissolves. It's honestly the easiest drink to make.

horrible customer service ordered 4 drinks and they gave me attitude about the cup holder made me put the drinks in it myself and got into an argument with me about my mask and were very rude

I am giving it a one star because there's been multiple times that I've bought a drink from this location and it does not have a good taste. For example, once I ordered a matcha green tea and it had a pineapple flavor. I'm guessing the equipment they used to make my drink was not fully washed from a previous drink. I decided to give this starbucks another try and I ordered a hot chocolate. The drink taste nothing like hot chocolate. It was as if I was drinking hot colored water. Employees are friendly. Drinks need to be improved.
