Argue with me for 5 minutes about what products they do or don't have.. I was only asking about the product I received the day before you don't argue with a customer ever.. this lady should be fired. No questions asked

I really enjoy this Starbucks location. It is conveniently located in the Beverly Glen Center, which has a lot of other shops and services. The store is spacious, clean, and cozy, with a nice outdoor seating area. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and they make great drinks and food. I especially like their seasonal beverages, such as the pumpkin spice latte and the peppermint mocha. They also have a good selection of pastries, sandwiches, salads, and snacks. The prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. I usually order online and pick up my order without any hassle. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee, relax, or work. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone who loves coffee and a good atmosphere.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife and I walked in to order some coffee & we were the only people in the store. Not one of the employees acknowledged us as we stood there for 10 minutes waiting to order. I wish I was kidding when I say that this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks. I will never drink another sip of this god awful coffee again I'm my life. Dunkin is way better.

I enjoyed meeting 2 of the baristas and several other patrons during my visit. The views are beautiful in this neighborhood. Wifi and coffee: strong :)(The only addition I might suggest would be to add additional outdoor seating, as I had to walk around the plaza for about an hour until a table opened up.)

The Americana served on Sunday morning was so week that I had no choice ask for a redo!! But the egg white on English Muffin hit the spot!
I am Wowed at this location. For the times I stopped by to pick up my coffee, it is very busy. Coffee goers are in and out. And That was 8 in the morning. How much more at 7 when they just open? Shoutout to Lynn and RJ, even how much they are busy, they cater to every clients need. They are quick to attend to them. I like just how my Dark roast is. Hot, Strong and Bold. Order ahead to avoid wait times. No Drive Thru but plenty of parking though as is it located in a shopping center.
