I've lived in the neighborhood for several months before trying this restaurant and the only disappointment is that I didn't try it sooner. I very much enjoyed their pulled pork grilled cheese sandwich and pastrami french fries. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. I couldn't be happier with my first visit and with about a year and a half left before graduating, I'm probably going to spend a lot of time and money at this place.I live in USC grad student housing and this restaurant is, by far, the most convenient place to eat in the area. It's just a few blocks from my apartment. It's certainly worth the trip.

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had! Very friendly, welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

Awesome spot for USC students with lots of food options that are all great! Ordering is quick and easy and our food came out within a couple of minutes. I got the Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup and my friend got the Chicken Pesto Sandwich. Both were super tasty and perfect for the cold night we came. Thought the value was good as well and would come back here.

Study Hall is a student hangout spot that offers a casual and appropriate atmosphere for its patrons. It's not too fancy, making it a great place for a quick bite or a drink with friends. The fries served at Study Hall are the best in Los Angeles, making it worth multiple visits. Overall, Study Hall is a great option for students or anyone looking for a casual and laid-back hangout spot. The fries alone make it worth a visit; they are crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned, making them a crowd-pleaser. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to unwind with friends.

This place is hella good, everything I've gotten is delicious. They have a great selection of beer, food comes quickly, and has a great music and atmosphere.

Solid hole in the wall pub style burger spot within walking/free lyft distance of USC. Why Not burger and fries were delicious, solid service, would recommend

The grilled cheese to tomato soup ratio was off. After finishing the grilled cheese it felt like the bowl of tomato soup was still full. I did enjoy the house chips with the patty melt

I initially thought that it is really a Study Hall where USC students come for their after school studies, but in no time , on a weekend, when crowd at this place cheered to the game, I realised it's a different fun place to be. It's a nice place to hangout if you happen to be around the campus or you can travel as the area is safe and has good crowd. The patio is lit, their sitting arrangement is plenty, the ambience is lively, the servers are welcoming and friendly. We ordered battered fries and beyond meat burger. Those were some really good fries that we had in a long time and that burger was equally awesome. Some of the best beyond meat burgers I had in a long time, thumbs up to the Chef. Soda is unlimited here. The street is good and their is plenty of parking on a busy evening, they have their own parking space next to it. Emy our waitress served us very well throughout, she answered all our inquiries and helped us choose vegetarian options on the menu. Thumbs up to her and cheers to Study Hall. Will be back for more.

I love Study Hall. I go there every Tuesday for my bible study. However, after my experience there tonight I am seriously disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a mango IPA (pictured below) and it looked like orange juice and tasted like soap. After speaking with the manager about my dissatisfaction he refused to pour me a new beer and would not even get me another beer at a cheaper price. Not good.

Always one of my USC favorites. Study Hall is back and worth the trip. Patio makes for a great hangout or casual date. Parking in the lot or findable on streets. Food is consistently good especially apps!

I can't explain how much I enjoy this little place. It has such a great atmosphere, the servers are very friendly, and the food is great. I love their lattes, and it's a nice pick me up on the way to work early in the morning.

Study hall always has the best vibes! You can park behind the restaurant and we came on a Tuesday night so it wasn't packed. We got the BEYOND BURGER which comes with fries and the FIRE BROCCOLI. We also got the ANGRY ORCHARD CIDER. You order at the front and sit down. The only reason I knock off a star is because they used to have one of my favorite veggie patties and now they only have the beyond one. Maybe if they see this they'll bring it back
