They wont let you eat in the restaurant even though there is some time left for closing. They let you walk out with open food. Worst customer service

Awful. Spinach on salad and on sub was drenched in salty water. Ordered “make it a meal” for delivery and did not receive the chips and soda i paid for. Tried to call store about this and no one answered phone. Yes they were still open.

The service was so horrible, they treat us very bad. They charge us incorrectly and we want the return and we received a bad treatment. Extra, they had all the time a bad face and zero simpathic. I would never came backI recommend subway change in that store their employeed!

I like subway, but lately it has not been on point. One thing I noticed here is that you can no longer see the meat selection before. I was able to kind of look around the long silver lid they have over the meat and cheese and now I see why they don't want to show that section. It looked crazy behind it. The food looked messy with cheese bits on it. I really hope this location can do something about the cleanliness around the meats. Just makes it seem like they have the lid up so that you can't see what's really going on.

I was here the other day. The worker was the absolute rudest to the elderly Black woman ahead of me. The poor lady kept asking for her sandwich to be a certain way, but the worker just openly ignored her. The woman was elderly with a light voice. She asked for things then would say, "oh it's ok" when she was ignored. The worker eventually told her she couldn't hear her, but instead of asking her to speak up, repeat herself, or even turn down the blaring music so she could hear her, she just disregarded the woman. The woman was so sweet. She still tipped this terrible worker! I'd avoid this location. I know not all subways are great, but for the most part the staff at other locations does what is asked without disdain and general rudeness.

I am sorry, this Subway location has erred on my kid's order a few times on different days. My kid's order is a bit particular. Other locations have done better on it than this one. Actually this location is the only Subway that has erred on her order. I believe there may be a problem with the training program here for the staff. Also, one time they used tomato slices that were still green. That is edible, and tastes okay, but does not meet customer expectations. This is a quality assurance problem. 2 stars instead of 1 star because the staff is very nice here anyways. Thank you
