I ordered one of their new signature sandwiches, which not only your "2x" cheese on the board but also on the website. The "sandwich artist" put on a single serving of cheese (2 pieces). I told her it's double cheese and she puts on 2 more. She later rings me out and adds "xtra cheese". I tell her the sun comes with double she gets all pissed, you know, "don't tell me how to do my job!"I even show her on the website that it says double cheese! She still charged me!

Walking into Subway, it wasn't crowded the young man working there barely spoke. Yes, granted, I was on the phone, so I was a little distracted. I asked for the cold cut combo. As he was throwing the meat and condiments on the bread by the end I realized I didn't notice that he didn't put mayonnaise or mustard on the sandwich, he said if I wasn't in the phone and he threw some condiment packets at me like here do it yourself. I looked at him like you needed to open the wrapping back up and put some mayonnaise and mustard on that sandwich. No, I have not been back in that Subway . To tell the truth, this was the 3rd time at 2 different Subways the ither one is in Downey on Imperial and Columbia way that I went to and didn't get good service

I went into the restaurant this evening only to find a man working ALONE. There was a line of people, plus he was getting buzzed with online orders. Although he was working alone, his professionalism was very good. What manager would schedule someone to close the restaurant alone? This subway location seems to have a repeat offense of bad management. Management should be reported for this. This is not the first time I've witnessed this at this location. 5 stars for the gentleman and his good customer service.1 star to the manager that would schedule one person to close a restaurant.3 stars only because the sandwich was made perfectly and the gentleman's customer service was good.

So I've been to this location several with minimal issues but I was told to get the app & get points. So I got an offer , buy 2 footloose and get 1 free online only through app. I did that & set up a pick up time. Picked on time, no issue. Before my spouse came home, I gave a good review on survey. Big Mistake , my sandwich was not done properly and I was charged for Avocado I didn't get. No condiments as requested. I checked my receipt and it clearly stated what I wanted, no errors on my end. Everything wrong came from the untrained employee. I am so done with this place. I wish people wouldn't work work where they are not happy . Also they need to learn to read

Last week we ordered online, picked our food up and we were so disappointed. Our sandwiches were burnt, cheese was missing and they were put together so messily. I reached out to Subway since we ordered online and got the run around for a week with no real resolution or refund. They even replied to me with a different customers name. Complete waste of time and money.

I bought a foot long tuna sand. There was so much mayo mixed in with the tuna that I couldn't taste the tuna, and I paid for and extra scoop!

There is a manager that works first shift weekdays who I avoid when it comes to making my sandwiches due to a past experience. One day, I had no choice but to let her make it because I was hungry and the other worker was moving terribly slow making a customer's sandwich. I told her to put salt and pepper on my steak sandwich and she literally removed the top from the pepper shaker and dumped like two table spoons of pepper on the sandwich. The person behind me gasped and said, "huh?" I paused for a minute in disbelief and said to her (the manager that's making my sandwich) "that's too much pepper." She takes off about three pieces of steak and throws them away. I said to her, "are you going to replace the steak you threw away?" and she proceeds to make me an entirely new sandwich. The fact that the manager did that was odd. Maybe she did it so she can have a free steak sandwich for lunch because she didn't throw it away. Who removes the top of the seasoning container to dump it on a sandwich? Also, this location uses small pieces of cold cut meats. For example, the ham and turkey are small thin pre folded slices. Not sure if that's standard or if this location is cutting the slices of meat in half and folding them so they can stretch the product, which saves the franchise owner money. During this same visit, the other worker used the same gloves he rung a customer out with to grab banana peppers from the container! That deserved a call to corporate. There are two young ladies in particular that do the job right. They're the reason for the two stars. Without them, it would be zero stars. An update with their names might be coming soon.
