I didn't know it was the tasting kitchen close to my house. I wish it was an actual store front. This sushi is delicious and I am happy to have something in the neighborhood. It would be wonderful if you labeled all the pictures so we could see the rolls.

Disappointment washed over me as I eagerly approached the much-anticipated sushi bites in town, only to discover it was nothing more than a ghost kitchen. The initial excitement of exploring a new culinary gem quickly faded as I realized there would be no cozy ambiance, no intimate tables, and certainly no authentic sushi bar experience. The absence of a physical restaurant space meant missing out on the traditional charm of a sit-down establishment. Instead of the warm greetings and the inviting aroma of freshly prepared sushi, I was greeted by a nondescript storefront with no seating in sight. It was a stark contrast to my expectations of indulging in the art of sushi while enjoying the ambiance of a traditional Japanese eatery. The disappointment deepened as I grasped the reality of the ghost kitchen concept - a place solely designed for online orders and takeout. The lack of a communal atmosphere and the absence of skilled chefs crafting sushi before my eyes left me yearning for the dynamic and engaging experience that a traditional sushi bar offers. While the convenience of ordering from a ghost kitchen has its merits, the absence of a physical space to savor the culinary delights robbed me of the immersive dining experience I had anticipated. The sushi may have been top-notch, but the absence of a proper setting left a lingering sense of disappointment, reminding me that not all culinary adventures live up to the expectations set by the promise of a new restaurant in town. I came From out of town and I eat sushi at least once a week. So when i say that this is some of the best sushi I have ever had I mean it. The owner is one of the kindest people I've ran into and he really takes pride in what he's doing. I got the ultimate shrimp roll and the tempura dinamite roll and this stuff blew my damn mind. Like eye opening type of good. I literally ate slower to enjoy what I had. My girlfriend got a couple rolls and nigiri but she fell asleep so I ate her food too even though I was full. Give this man some business and you won't be disappointed. 10/10. Oh and also I peeped my head in his shop and it was spotless which I actually care a lot about.

Wow, just wow... never thought I could some great sushi in Inglewood but this was amazing. Had a Orange Dragon Roll, Shrimp Gyozas and a Veggie Roll. Amazing!!! Definitely a spot I will get some more food from

The Hawaiian Poke bites are the best. We stopped here recently for Sushi Bites. I love Sushi. I don't eat it as often as i should. So we got a bowl and a couple bites and it was slamming good. Who would have thought to get good sushi here? I love the taste and spices to it. Nice people that work here and not expensive at all.

I've tried ordering 2x and both times, while I am on my way to pick up my order they've cancelled it. Apparently they missed the point of running a restaurant business.

The hype is real! I'm thrilled to have a sushi spot open in Hyde Park.It's in the ghost / Rent-a-Kitchen on Crenshaw along with my favorite Thai spot, but I was craving sushi tonight and shocked to see this spot come up on the Yelp map with blazin hot reviews.I ordered online but arrived way faster than planned. The chef initially quoted me another 10 minutes wait time but ended up turning it around super quickly, without me asking. So kind of him to expedite my order! Oh .. and the food! I got a Hawaiian poke bowl and it was stellar! It had just the right about of heat, balanced out perfect with the fresh avo. Fish was fresh and delicious.Can't wait to try their rolls next!

Gem on Crenshaw! Fantastic sushi and wide variety of options. Good portion sizes and great bang for your buck. Friendly staff and quick service, altho will take time to make sure your order is right. Will definitely order again soon!
