California Chicken Cafe doesn’t let you eat inside or anywhere near their spot, so I walked around and found this spot instead. Thanks CCC!It is weird that they didn’t let me order a protein by itself(a la carte) because they said you can only get them with a salad. Your only option is doubling your protein. Food is good but ordering online is always confusing and, if placed during lunch, never comes out when it says it will or when it has been completed. For example, today I placed an order online for the salad to be done by 11:30 (I was given the option to have it ready by 11:45). I arrived at noon and the order had still not been finished even though I had received an email saying the order was completed at 11:17. I love sweet green, and I’ve been to a few locations around LA, but my absolute favorite one is DTLA on 5th St. They have the nicest staff; they are friendly, quick, and always make my salad perfectly. My favorite though is Luis and Nat. Luis recommend what is now my favorite dish: the crispy rice!!! And Nat is always excited to see me. I feel so welcome when I’m there. Thank you, guys!
