This is NOT Ta-Eem Grill. Ta-Eem on Melrose was delicious, fresh, generous. I made the mistake of trying the Pico spot bc I was jonesing for that pita and those fries. What a disappointment. Overpriced to boot. Soggy fries, gristly chicken, old salad, watery hummus. Just horrendous.

Best kosher mideast cuisine in LA. Please find some way to improve or provide directions to nearby parking. I've given up too often when I've had a Ta'eem craving. Referring to Melrose location, now closed.

Absolutely an atrocity to call this place Ta-Eem. Honestly, HORRIBLE. The old Ta-Eem on Melrose was a god sent and one of my favorite places in LA, this place is trash. Half the portions, food is clearly made without love or fresh ingredients—the quality is what you would expect from a McDonalds (if that). We paid for an extra pita (you used to get two and now only one) and they forgot it. The chicken tastes like wet old feet. The hummus is glue. The Israeli salad is what you expect from a cruise buffet, the other two sides were almost nonexistent. The hot sauce is mayonnaise?! Not the beautiful hot sauce from before. I actually can’t believe how trash this place is, a raccoon wouldn’t even be happy. NEVER going here again and if you loved the old Ta-Eem continue grieving and let me know if you ever find a similar place. This is my hand for portion sizes…pathetic. $30 down the drain

I think they should open the place up more for an eat in experience, as medateranian food we want to eat it hot, and on the spot. Maybe later people will feel more comfortable ordering online after trying the food out. Also as a business owner my self I want to see some of the food being made, maybe they can have the salads , humus, tehina etc up front for people to view, and request as an add on once their meat comes out before serving it. I wish you guy's the best of luck mazal tov and success. ? I will be back for more .M&MParking: Plenty of parking just feed the meter

Trading on the taeem name to serve inauthentic and bad food (that is insanely expensive too). I feel bad for the owner who invested all this money to make a new restaurant that’s going to close in 3-4 months.

No longer Taeem. Taeem is now a menu at Kosher Madness (one of several). The shawarma is decent, the Yakisoba chicken bowl is good, though the $4 upcharge for yakisoba noodles over white rice is too high. The chicken dumplings were fried chicken pieces in a wanton wrapper - exactly as I described it. I'm not sure it's seasoned at all and the accompanying dipping sauce seemed very strange and added nothing of value. I would not get the dumplings again. I do look forward to trying other items on the menus, though.

If you’re on pico looking for a good kosher restaurant kosher madness is the perfect spot. I ordered the shredded beef tacos along with a shwarma plate to share. Will definitely be back.

All around terrible experience, from entering and ordering to the quality of food. The vibes were severely off as soon as I entered, no real menu for multiple customers to read off of. The beef kabob was barely cooked with pink still in the middle and prices were out of control for what you got - $20 after tax for meat between pita with NO vegetables inside? Absurd. My friend ordered a chicken shawarma and when the person at the register asked if he wanted any dipping sauces he said no which she thought translated to nothing in the sandwich?? How do you make a shawarma with only chicken and bread. Madness. Listeria shawarma. Two stars for the food because the chicken did have some flavor but it wasn’t a chicken shawarma that’s for sure. See the alleged shawarma in the picture and let me know if that’s an actual chicken shawarma….. .. a 20 DOLLAR chicken shawarma .. absolute madness. To note this business is no longer run by original Ta-Em business.
