got wrong order. We gave customized order without beef with specially restrict but i got our food with beef. It was very disappointed experience. After that cashier lady gave us bad attitude and had no good way apologize.Vegetarian options: can customize vegetarian online

This is the worse experience that I have ever had at any establishment. First and foremost this place is unclean and dreadfully understaffed. In my opinion, it should not even be open. I placed an order on the app and received a text that it was ready. $12.45 worth food shouldn't take long right? Went inside and had to wait another 5 minutes. Checked my order and the fries were ice cold and the substitute for chicken was still beef which I paid extra for. When I asked for a refund the asshole male manager said I would have to contact Taco Bell on the website. WTF??? what country is this? I gave the food back but because of the asshole fixing it I walked out. He looked like the type who will spit in. Your food. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for customer service to contact me because the 800 number says they're closed and I'm still hungry and out of my $12.45!!!!' This has really pissed me off!!!!
