When I go to this taco bell, I expect all my items in my bag AT LEAST. Usually, we are always missing an item and have to go back. This is disappointing, so please improve the service.

Always check your bag and receipt before you leave!! They will probably mess up your order. I usually check my bag before leaving but of course when I don’t they mess it up and forget to give us stuff or just give us a completely different item.

Yesterday, November 5, I ordered thru the drive up window. I asked for 2 orders of rolled chicken tacos and a bean burrito. I was charged $20 which was completely out of line. I’ve been trying to call to speak with the manager but no one answers the phone. This is not the first time I have issues with this Taco Bell.

If you enjoy missing food, employees who never give you sauces like they come out of their paycheck, lack of management accountability for bad employees, and did i mention missing food, then please do yourself a favor and go to this place. Imagine closing down and remodeling, having another opportunity to shine and you fail once again with inconsiscent hours, missing food, and bad employees. To anyone that knew this tacobell before the remodel, nothing has changed. just lipstick on a pig.Let this location die and give it to a real business that will actually use this space for what its worth.If you want taco bell that actually is taco bell and not lazy entitled workers who act like they get paid 100k salary, go to the glendale one. Never had a bad issue at that location.

I have never had a problem with the employees or the food. The drive thru is a little tight but if you know how to drive you will be able to do it. Otherwise don't be lazy,park and go in!!

Taco bell never fail to disappoint. I ordered from the Colorado in eagle rock location and what i paid for missing some of my order never going back to taco bell!! To taco bell!

it was just Taco Bell. No better, No worse. I mean seriously, let's at least be honest with ourselves. 1st off we only go to Taco Bell for a few reasons, and not one of those reason's is because we are expecting great food and/or service. If you've never been, then by all means look for these 2 items on the menu or even painted on the window. i guarantee it's not there cause thats not what you supposed to want when visiting. "What is?" You're most likely asking yourself. Well that would be some, (for lack of a better definition) - CONCOCTIONS! 2nd thing is your supposed to be high on weed or maybe even drunk or whatever. I say that do to the fact every other person who comes here most surely is high on something. I mean thats their target customer right? Chalupa with liquid nacho cheese stuff, god awful and thats not even the worst. Gordita is the winner (or l**** which ever you like.) Uneatble just terrible. In conclusion; Ive been thinking and the food has always been subpar (to be generous) and ive continued to visit anyway over the years, but just recently i have come to notice the lack of anything even close to quality food. So whats changed? Not Taco Hell, only me, its gotta because im sober right? Or maybe cause i wear glasses now. Well save your family and yourself the potential trip to the E.R and stay away from this restauxxcx err well just say establishment.
