After getting food, couldn't find napkin dispenser any where, had to stand in line again, had to ask for it, is money that tight now ? 1 taco and small soda, $5.06.

service is slow, waited about 12 minutes in the drive through for a quesarito and 2 cheese roll ups. By the time I got it the food was like warm and the cheese roll ups looked like they barely saw any time in the cookerLatest development at this Taco Bell apparently now when you do Apple pay or similar they want to take your phone from you in the Drive-Thru to run it of course I have customer data on my phone so my answer is no then the drive-thru attendant tells me they don't take Apple pay so I just give the food back to him and leave.This Taco Bell really needs to get it together

Drive through worker charged my girlfriend 3$ extra when she didn’t have to ,the cook called my girl friend names bcus we confronted them about charging us extra , getting orders wrong ,made our food extra less portioned bcus we spoke up to the manager place needs new staff over

Ordered at 8:10 am, arrived at 8:20am. Drive through was blocked by cone and doors locked. Finally, I saw a worker from a far point. I pointed at my phone to gesture, "I have a mobile order," and he just shakes his head and walks away. They took my money and I never got my food.

Double triple check your order. I was rushing on my lunch break and failed to do so. These workers are careless. I ordered a #7 that's a chicken quesadilla with a soft taco. & I asked for 2 extra soft tacos. I got a crunch wrap & a soft taco for $18
