Shoutout to the LA Try Guy! Everything here was an out of this world flavor experience and wasn't outrageously priced. Definitely would come back for another lunch special and some boba.

Love this place! The owner is super knowledgeable on tea and hella friendly. Virtually everything from the store and the beverage bar is imported from Asia.

Love this place! The Vietnamese ice coffee is so good-not overly sweet, the red bean milk tea with honey boba is one of the best I’ve ever had. Great spot to buy chai, chrysanthemum, rose teas. They also have bulk teas.

Good selection of teas, but not a great value. White tea cake (2019, 300g) labeled as $80 but sold for a "deal" of $60, but it isn't very flavorful, and I suspect it's the same tea as they sell in smaller cakes at half the per-gram price online. Similarly the shou puerh cake, wrapped only in gift shop tissue without any explanation of its pedigree, is a pretty bland, woody affair, perhaps to be expected at 12 cents/gram. They also have tea sets and gong fu trays/tables for sale.

They have a lovely selection of loose teas, packaged teas, and gifts. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly as well.

I was a big fan of Ten Ren's until I tried the drinks from this location. We ordered our usual: Jasmine green tea and taro milk tea. Both of the drinks were extremely diluted, I might as well drink water. I'm so disappointed that each drink cost $7.50. I might still go to the Ten Ren's in other locations but NeVer again will I come back here.

I came here while waiting for my food next door. I ordered 2 mango green tea and while the gentleman was pouring the already prepared green tea into both cups, he noticed there wasn’t enough to fill both cups to the top so he decided to just top it off with more ice. When I asked why there’s so much ice, he said it was necessary to keep the drink cold. There wasn’t any other customer waiting to be serviced so I felt like he could have easily made more tea, but I didn’t feel like arguing with him so I just left with the drinks filled with all ice. The drink was extremely diluted and overall a waste of money.

This place is so calm, it helps me to read, study and finish my college assignments in peace. They have different types of tea, but I recommend the chamomile tea, it tastes so good!

I went here after waiting in line at Howling Rays and was not disappointed. Wonderful service and great drinks!

Ambiance was nice- a mom-and-pop shop vibe. We were the only customers when we came so the employee was fully paying attention to us. He took our order quickly and made the drink in a few minutes. We got the green milk tea for $6 each. There was only the large size option for this drink. I got half sugar and half ice so it tasted more like tea but it was decent.

I was in town for a week, I stopped in and got some gunpowder green tea. It’s the best green tea I’ve ever purchased. Whenever I run out I’ll order some more.

Located in the Ten Ren tea store in the Far East Plaza. The drinks scratch the boba itch on a hot day. The milk tea is solid. It isn't life-changing by any means, but I appreciate the service which is always fast, friendly, and efficient. I came a few months ago for a bake sale hosted to benefit the Chinatown Service Center--the FEP was a zoo with all of the bake sale goers and folks eating at Howlin' Rays, Lasita, and Amboy-- I admired how the one barista on duty was able to fulfill so many orders in such a short time.
