I've ordered delivery from this location twice in the last week and each time I'm charged for a sandwich it says they have and then I don't receive. Nothing extra thrown in to compensate or refund given without me doing it myself.The drinks and pastries have been fine & good, though.Maybe the location is better in person but I'm not going to order delivery from them again.

Loyal to this coffee bean, they always know my order, there's 2 specific baristas on Sundays that are my favorite ❤️ always attentive, and engage with customers beautifully. I'd also like to point out, this coffee bean is ALWAYS clean. Always my go to , to start off my mornings ? ?

This coffee bean & tea is the worst location me and my family have ever visited very Racist and discriminatory the customer service is extremely low level and if your a person of color they will blotch your order intentionally then they have this Asian general manager that doesn’t know he’s Asian providing the lowest level of customer service me and my family and friends have spent thousands of dollars here at this location in Los Angeles 5115 Wilshire blvd horrible I would not wish this type of treatment on anyone !!!!! They do not want black customers at all they are very racist and discriminate against specifically black customers!This is the exact same problem that Star bucks was in trouble for all in the media racial discrimination and bias a few years back !!

Cashiers are not very good. It feels like this is a training store. They messed up my order, I ordered Mint Chocolate and got Macha instead. They at least got the color right. 3 different times I've tried scanning for points, all three times they messed it up, and I got nothing. Waiting till construction is over if you want to go there

I love the new and different drinks. I asked the barista the difference between the Caramel Latte and the Caramel Sea Salted Macchiato. He stated if I liked less sweet to go with the latter. It was definitely not as sweet as I am accustomed to, but I enjoyed it. Great parking lot in the rear-enter on Mansfield. Coffee cheers to you!

People don’t know any customer service no more if you don’t like your job then fine your self a new one two employees making drinks I approached the register I was standing there for 8min until I ask is anyone taking orders there responded we are busy I told them ok so that’s mean you not taking any orders then she said we kinda busy doing orders I will be right with you first off all you could told me that from the beginning instead of having me to stand there and wonder if you’re taking orders or not when a customer comes into a store or any type great them if you’re busy let them know you’ll be with them in a minute not ignored the customer I did not get the employee name but I’m sure they are on the schedule this happen today 11/7/22 at 9:30 am you know who you are and you should take classes on customer service zero stars for both of you
