Dime is always on point with the music, excellent flow between current rap/hip hop and the 90s/2000s from Biggie to Ashanti and more. Drinks aren’t watered down, the bartenders are nice and the crowd is always a vibe of good energy.Love that it’s not a chaotic club atmosphere.

Great place, great music, somewhat crowded but they charged me $85 for three drinks: one coke, a beer and a mixed drink. This included $14 gratuite I didn't agree to.

Great music lots of music. It's very intimate and cozy. Not a place to go have conversations but a place for dancing and drinking

I'll put it to you like this, on the night Black Panther came out in theatres the late great Chadwick Bozeman spent the evening with friends at the dime. Now think about that, he could've been anywhere in the world but he was at the dime. My point is this is the kind of place that the biggest celebrities in the world can come and feel like just part of the crowd. The Dime is by far one of my favorite dive bars in all of LA. They keep a good rotation of djs and they all bring their own flavor. I'm a big 90's hip hop head and they're always playing dope stuff that I grew up on. Bartenders are always a vibe and pours are legit. I used to frequent the Tuesday comedy night when Adam and Nicky hosted and I can't count the amount of good local comics and famous comics I've seen for free here. Now that I'm older I don't go on the weekends as much because it gets stupid packed but if that's your things go for it. For the guys this is one of the best places to meet women because no one is pretentious here, just enjoying life and vibing. With Fairfax constantly changing by the day it's great to still have a local staple that hasn't lost its magic.

VERY COOL!Stopped by for a quick round of drinks and a 2 step an hour before they closed.A smaller, quaint intimate club a few blocks from Sunset Blvd.Dj R-tistic is awesome!Told him we were from Baltimore and he stopped the music to put on some Baltimore club music.Heard about this spot from my guy Jamal down out Cork and Batter. We’ll be back through for sure.

This staple is known by most ppl for LA. It's a very small bar/club, with a doorman. Bartenders are cool with great pours. Place gets packed out. There is tables and chairs among the walls. A good place to listen to a good DJ and just vibe. I was never attracted to this place but it has steadily grown on me. My friends love it.

This review is overdue. The Dime has a special place in my heart. I've had many fun crazy nights here pre -pandemic that will leave great memories in my head forever. The place is small, intimate, no clue if there's food but the MUSIC is the whole vibe. Mostly centered around 90s hip hop and R&B which I loveeee. Tonight I went in for comedy night for the first time and it was so fun and chill. Bartenders, Dj, Door-peeps and other staff have always been great. Cheers to the Dime!

Music was good. DJKiss was in the booth. Crowd was nice and mature. Folks were talking—not really dancing. My drink was watered down. I ordered a sapphire soda with a splash of grapefruit. The bartender made it in a rocks class, then she put it in a shaker tin, and poured it back into a rocks glass. I watched her make other drinks in a sloppy and unconventional fashion.
