FEMALES BEWARE!!! FEMALES BEWARE!!! Donovan has no respect for females interested in leasing spaces. As we all know it is very difficult being a female in Los Angeles constantly being sexually harassed by aggressive males who believe it's okay to treat females like pieces of meat. A female has a hard time just walking into a cvs from the parking lot without being barked at or followed by these low life's. My experience with Donovan has been a straight disaster. My girlfriend wanted to lease a space from Donovan and wanted me to handle the negotiations so that she could get the best value, her experience prior to Donovan was being hit on by agents and attempts to sexually harass her. Donovan did not meet at the leasing space, instead he had a random person show up who knew absolutely nothing about the space or deal and could not answer basic questions. My girlfriend had me tour it and make videos to see the space, she liked what she seen and was ready to lease the space. So Donovan has her fill out a extensive application and then says he would like to meet her and I at the space the following week. He says he would call us back and never does. He said he would follow up and never does. So I message him and he finally replies after many attempts with a ridiculous assumption. In my experience this man is a huge waste of time, he is very unprofessional, and based on all the complaints I see online, he will not be in business for very much longer.

Unhinged doorman, that will spit at,flip you off, cuss at you, tell a tenant to pepper spray 2 individuals filiming LA Historical buildings. He's doesn't even know where he's supose to be working at which is the property not on the sidewalk!

If I was to own a nightclub slash restaurant this is the one I would pick. Its not the most popular but godam its everything a patron could ask for of my liking. Dark, industrial and super creative, from the floating staircase to the basement like feel its just dreamy.

Love, Love, Love! The Edison. An acquaintance of ours used to manage it, so we for sure had top-notch service and fun every time. the food is SUPER! The table behind the DJ booth is awesome- though not the best spot for a show - we'd move to the floor to watch. And those shows are sooooo much fun! A real throw back to Empire Boardwalk, or anywhere you can imagine in old school Manhattan (only right here in LA!) We just love the vibe and the history of the building. Dress code is jacket+ and security is not messing around, so don't try rollin' in in your sneakers and shorts. Be sure to take a look around the whole place - there's so much to see in little nooks and crannies. Very much on the pricey side, it's an expensive night out, but treat yourself. One of those places you have to go to at least once. Parking off alley - real close. Enjoy!

This has got to be one of my favorite nightlife spots in Los Angeles! It's a 1920s dream! If you're looking for something unique, classy (hello vintage!), visually stimulating, with great drinks and free entertainment (this was one of my favorite spots in LA to perform!)- you have to visit The Edison. The ambiance is everything. It's like a turn of the century, electric, moody, speakeasy vibe. I can't even really find the words to describe it, you just have to go. The space is pretty big with lots of different rooms to mingle in and the staff are wonderful. Just an all around great time.
