The frame stand has the best vegan hotdogs. We've been vegan over four years so we've tried them all. This is by far the best. We got to try them at the gentle barn. Our meat eating family member who came along said she enjoyed it and it tasted good. Will definitely be getting one next time we come out! Worth the price!

Ever since I first tried their vegan hotdogs at The Frankenstand, every time they are near I have to swing by! I had never tried vegan hot dogs, until trying their deliciously haunted dogs here; now I'm sold. They immediately won me over with "The Scarecrow": corn on top, vegan cotija cheese, a light drizzle of sriracha mayo garnished with green onion, and a wedge of lime to really make those flavors pop!My friend also tried their vegan bratwurst "The Witch," which also had a lot of flavor! This place is a great treat for vegans, especially for LA's spooky scouters. Highly recommend.

I’ve been vegan for about 8 years - in those 8 years I have never had a hot dog so fresh and absolutely delicious. Once I reached my last bite I was sad that it was almost all gone. It’s 666% worth it. Don’t sleep on this hotdog.

Plantbased food stand/eatery that's been around since 2005 with 100% vegan goodness in every bite. The owner is a kind handsome gent who brings his love for vintage monster culture into his love for plantbased noms with an all American monster perfect hot dog stand. Classic hot dogs with a twist including chilli cheese, spicy and ballpark but meatless. The Frankenstand pops up all around Los Angeles but often in the San Fernando Valkey especially at this spot in North Hollywood. Check their website or Instagram from updates on when and where they might pop up.

Frankenstand is the best place around for vegan brats and dogs. I've been following Ray for years and he puts so much time and love into every bite. I just tried his new "The Mourning Dog" breakfast sausage and it was mouth watering delicious. The maple Sriracha is so tasty. Great combo. Follow him on Instagram! Highly recommend!

The ABSOLUTE best vegan (or otherwise) dogs around! It's all about how they're prepared (I won't spill the secret!) Ray puts so much care into every single one made including all his from scratch homemade condiments. I crave them so when he's popped up I make a point to get up on that! Mouth watering delicious!

We've been in LA through the vegan food explosion and Frankenstand is the absolute best. Cooked to perfection, buns are magnificent, and the toppings are right on. We always make a point to grab a frank whenever we can. Loyal fans since we first were bitten by Franken during the outdoor movie days in Little Tokyo.

I've had the pleasure of eating these tasty franks since the beginning! Fresh toppings n sauces, quality dawggz, and company to match! Ray is a kindhearted, clever dude. You've never had so much fun buyin a friggen hawt dawg. (Review written by an omnivore.)

I drive up to 20 miles every time The Frankenstand pops up in the LA area because the hotdogs are to die for (ha!). I've been a customer for years and they never disappoint. The chili dog is my go-to, but everything they serve is incredible. See y'all there!

I love the Frankenstand! His vegan dogs are always cooked to perfection and his toppings are BOMB. Honestly, catch him when you can, because it will be worth it. I just did a curbside pickup which was easy, quick, and sanitary. Also bought a can of Rad Coffee cold brew which is delicious :)
