Food was delicious the pancakes are huge and enough to share. My dish was a little bland with the egg whites.

While staying in LA the other night we decided to eat here based on a local recommendation. The pancakes are beyond HUGE and the French Toast (original) was very tasty. Also the coffee was served in a French Press at the table and was fresh. We also ordered eggs and sausage as a side. The restaurant didn't have many when we walked in at 8:30 on a Thursday, but quickly filled up by 9. The atmosphere is cool, hip diner style and music was a bit loud but good, definitely woke us up in a good way! Service was friendly and it was great to find this place.

By far one of my favorite breakfast spots in Los Angeles! My go to are Grandmas French Toast and the Baja Loco Tacos! Since it's a hefty breakfast I usually enjoy it as a brunch because the portions are big and delicious! Definitely have the French Pressed coffee it's delicious as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE when ordering pancakes you can order 1 pancake instead of feeling obligated to order the big stack of 3 HUGE pancakes. I don't think many people are aware they have that option and people waste so much food

I hate to write this because I've known the griddle to be a good establishment but it has become really bad. I ordered huevos rancheros and the French toast and it was possibly the worst rancheros and French toast I've ever had. I feel like the quality of the food has completely gone down because it's become more popular. I'm hoping the business can turn around the establishment so that it's better.

Wow, did not expect pancakes this size! Our group of 3 luckily only ordered 2 so we had plenty of share for each one. What stands out the most for me is how nice the servers are. Great spot!

After reading some of the post. I have to say I would wait the 25 minutes to get the Pancakes or French Toast. Their food is delicious and worth the wait!! Everyone in the restaurant business it's really hard to get good help. Everyone is short handed. This is definitely a place you want to try.

Atmosphere was amusing and eclectic. It was crowded but the service seemed frenetic and we never knew who are server really was… but the food was great and overall fun experience!

Had a good experience the one time I went but still don't understand the long lines for brunch. Usually pretty crowded and busy. Big portions and free parking but haven't been back yet!

First off, these pancakes are HUGE!! I ordered the raspberry lemon pancakes and was very surprised when three plate size pancakes were placed in front of me. I also liked that there was a lot of raspberry pieces sprinkled in the pancakes, so each bite was bursting with flavor. I think these pancakes were $18, but I think the price is definitely worth it. I ended up having leftover pancakes for days. There were plenty of options as well. I have never seen most of the combinations of pancakes before, but there were so many plates that I wanted to try. I went midday on a Friday and there was no wait at all. However, I could see the place getting busy for breakfast on the weekend because there is not a ton of seating. The servers were also very attentive.

Loved it! I went on a Sunday morning around 11 am and was seated immediately ( most likely because it was just me) The service was great! I had the Cheese Omelette and a side of Bacon. I also had their French pressed coffee and as a certified coffee snob, I LOVED IT! I will be back to try the pancakes, because they are way too big to eat alone

Only good thing about being there was the server being cool and the French press coffee. Didn’t get to to try the food. I checked in at 10:00am. Got sat at 11:13am. Ordered our coffee and waited until 12:15pm… it was packed and we were waiting patiently like everyone else but I had to go up to ask how long it might be until our table would be served because we didn’t plan on 3hrs for breakfast. The guy was a complete A-hole. Super rude, acting like I was asking him a stupid question. Asked him again if he had any idea… wasn’t expecting an exact time or anything but let me know if it’s 15, 30, 45 or whatever. You don’t have to be rude and make faces at me. I went to the front to let them know we couldn’t wait any longer and if we could get charged for the coffee but they said we could just go. I went to get my wife and mother in law from the table and someone came to let us know that we were up next. He was very polite but we were done at that point. Didn’t want to make a big deal and ruin everyone’s meal so I let him know that guy was an A-hole for no reason and we didn’t want to eat anymore. I get it, we’re all frustrated because it was busy but you’re getting paid, we’re sitting here trying to spend money and treat you with respect, no need to come at us sideways. 2:20hrs later we left without having a chance to treat my mother in law to her birthday breakfast.
