Overall the food is for those not afraid of some fun calories, but totally worth it. I recommend you try their lemonades and match with a poutine of your choice.

Amazing wagyu burgers. Me and my gf got the double and bbq pork burgers and it was so good. A lil bit pricey but not overpriced. A double cheeseburger combo came out to be 15$ but considering it's wagyu not too bad would be 4/5 cause of the prices but the burgers were really good.

I really wanted to like this place. The menu read well and my guy and I were so excited to try out the food. We picked up our food, so I didn't really get to check out the seating arrangements. It looked like an open seating place. There were a few people inside and it was clean. My beef sandwich was a soggy mess and my guy's sandwich had no flavor, not to mention the order was done within five minutes of us ordering for pickup. So, we know that food was sitting a while and it definitely looked it and tasted as such. Actually, even the employee on the phone was surprised when she told me it was ready. She knew we had just put our order in online less than five minutes from the call. I even made a comment about it being done that quick, doubting it was the right order. But, she assured me it was ours. So you know that I'm a fan of poutine and search out the best poutine fries in LA, so for sure I wanted this meal. The poutine was a flat yellow rubbery thing mixed in with the sauce, meat and fries. I was not happy. I did call to complain and the supervisor knew the order was not up to par. He refunded my money and told us to come back when he was cooking and it would be as we expected. We will go back to check it out again. Maybe earlier in the day and also when the supervisor is there. I let him know my guy was a chef and kept telling me, "I don't think they executed that the way the chef intended." For me, that means the menu is great, the food combinations are well thought out, but the execution was wrong that night. So, I'm not telling you not to go and check it out. I'm just saying that for this night, the food was not fresh or cooked well. I'm sure on any other night or day, it is an amazing experience, one I'd like to try out since I'd love to have another place to buy my poutine fries.

After hiking around chinatown for a couple of hours, we were really hungry so we stopped by the Kroft. The burgers were really good smash burgers and the french fries were outstanding. Great portions and a reasonable price.

Ordered on Postmates. Asked for no cheese on my Loco Moco and Braised Beef. Ended up getting cheese on everything.

I am a fan of the kroft! I've experienced the LBX location a number of times and always had a great meal. I'm more local to this Chinatown location so I decided to check it out.Food quality and great flavors is what you expect and what is delivered.I ordered the double smash burger with garlic fries and a drink. The burger is BIG and tasty at a reasonable price. I wouldn't go as far as saying it is an amazing burger...but it is good.I'm more inclined to go with their sandwiches, as those are awesome , but I decided to try something new. Good choice no matter what you pick here.I love me some garlic. These fries were garlic AF and so crispy and tasty. The ambiance is more to be desired but it doesn't take away from the food. Small spot at the edges of Chinatown. Service was quick and friendly. Lots of foot traffic. Hope this spot does well!

Loveeee this place but I was a little disappointed they didn't have the yummy Porchetta sandwich when I went to this location. I settled for their smash burger and it was delicious! Dropping with beefy goodness, melty cheese, delicious pickles, drooling right now thinking about it. I also got the braised beef poutine! Ohhhhhweeeee, crispy fries, gravy was perfectly rich and flavorful and that soft cheese curd made it the perfect bite. Can't wait to go back for my Porchetta sando next visit!

Yes this place is known for Poutine, I went for a Wagyu spicy jack smash burger with garlic fries at the counter and was given a cup for my drink and sat down for the wait. The place is new and nice appearance, though I think the AC was bit loudest thing there. The menu here has a varied menu, which I am tempted to try in the future. I shortly received my order. Everything looked and smelled great. I bit into a luscious burger, onion sweetness, mild spicy jalapenos dancing with the savoriness of the patty, mushrooms and creaminess of the cheese and sauce. If there is any fault on this burger is that I expected a milliard crust on the paddy. The garlic fries were great as well the garlic and parmesano applied liberally. Thanks!

This is my go to comfort food spot. The burgers are so good it doesn't make sense. The cheeseburger egg rolls? BRUH... Straight GAS. the only downside is that I live super close and I have no self control. lol

I picked up food here and had the Cubano with truffle fries for lunch. Parking is in the back of the Jia apartments with the entrance on Broadway. The Cubano sandwich comes with ham, pork and sauce. I ordered mine without pickles (it even said it on the receipt), but somehow ended up with pickles in my sandwich. I probably got caught in the lunch rush. Since the fries were packaged and it took a while until I finally ate them, they were soggy, but still tasty.
