My husband and I went to this place for our anniversary. My husband’s steak was amazing, my sea bass was ok.. but my one rating is because of the scam their staff tried to pull on us. Our bill was around $194 and we left $around $40 for tips. I checked my bank account as I typically do, and saw a bill for $462!! Called the restaurant and they said there is a $250 on tips!!! I said we did not leave that and I want to change my tip to $0! I see a pending transaction of -$250 in my account but that is still more than what they should charge me. I have to now call back and ask for the rest… Very disappointing unprofessional behavior. If you still decide to go there, take a picture of your signed receipt as they try to steal money from you.

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so beautiful! I have no complaints about the location or the service. I did not find the lava cake dessert anything too special but the rolls were so delicious! I had the lamb and my husband had the stew and the presentation for the food was beautiful, it was almost too pretty to eat. It is worth trying out for a very romantic date - don’t waste it on someone casual.

Oh my my my I don't even know where to begin. We came here for our date night and were blown away by each dish. We tried the steak tartar, oysters, lamb and grilled halibut! And finished it off with some chocolate cake! We were definitely not disappointed!!! Great flavors all around. It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it and super romantic

THEY CHARGE $7 FOR FILTERED TAP WATER!!!???The food was good but took about 30 minutes to receive our main course after the appetizers came out. By the time the entrées came out the food was cold. I asked for spring water and they said they don't have it. So they brought out a filled glass bottle that had tap water in it. I don't drink any of it because I don't Drink filtered tap water. Then the BILL comes, I get charged $7 for the filtered tap water!! What a SCAM!?? I asked the server why she charged me for the tap water and she said "we have a reverse osmosis system and fill the glass bottles"? what a joke!!.. every single restaurant has a RO filter for their soda machine. Charging for filtered tap water is so shady.

The atmosphere and service were excellent. Sitting outside is a rare experience which everyone has to try once. As for the food, it was an off night for me. All items (oysters, octopus, uni pasta and sea bass) we tried had a mix of flavors that did not work for us. All were extremely sweet, and did not compliment the atmosphere.

Front desk staff is cold and unwelcoming. Food was just good but I was expecting better. Overall, did not provide the value I was expecting. Ambience was very good.

Service was average at best. Atmosphere was great.Food wasn't worth the price ($300 for two people) and I got sick when I got home.

The Little Door in Los Angeles is a hidden gem! The ambiance is enchanting, and the Bottled Spicy Margarita is a must-try. The menu offers a delightful fusion of flavors, and the service is exceptional. A perfect spot for a romantic evening or a cozy gathering with friends.
