This is the bougie choice for Grand Central Market. It’s still very reasonably priced, but the best part is they have reserved seating, which in the weekends is a real plus. You can sit at their attractive round island and each pair of seats has privacy from their neighbors. You can people watch without being in the scrum itself. And who doesn’t love indulgent oysters or a poke bowl for the weekend?Hands down my favorite place.

I come here often but today was by far the worst experience I have ever had I was waiting for my friend to come back from the restroom I did sit yet just put my bag down to where we were going to sit and one staff member was like you need to order up here and I said ok I’m just waiting for my friend so we can order together and he continued to say the same thing and again I was like yes I understand I’m just waiting for my friend they are in the restroom and he goes you know what I don’t have to serve you get tf out of here I started record because I have never felt so uncomfortable and when I asked his name he said James Bond lol like how unprofessional at such an establishment that’s considered classy

Nice place with friendly service and very affordable, what the server recommended was amazing and just what we needed. The only think we didn’t like for the price was the paper plates and plastic utensils. Other than that everything else was nice.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Great place for some oysters and drinks. I've been several times now to this charming wooden hut inside Grand Central Market, and they're consistently great. They must have changed hands since my last review, as they by longer seen to have the same scallop ceviches I've come to love. However, the oysters are always fresh and the service friendly. Came here on one of the warmest days ever and it was awesome to cool down with some fresh cold oysters and white wine. Prices are average and seating is limited.

A great experience. Very good customer service. Great music. Unfortunately they don't have any bread or crackers to go with the oysters. Went out of their way to go to a different vendor and get me some crackers and surprised me. It would be really great if they had bread available even if it was just to be bought to go with the meal.

Good spot but a bit overpriced. $20 for a half dozen oysters is def on the expensive side, even for nice restaurants, but they were really good, fresh and nicely shucked. Although I wish they noted where they were from(?) I'm sure I could've asked but I think it should be labeled information as the oyster options rotate. They don't let food or drink from outside vendors at their tiki hut which I find a bit weird at a food court style food hall? As long as you're enjoying something from them as well I don't know why they wouldn't let other food at their counter. Overall, a nice option to have oysters at grand central market so I can't complain.

Fun little counter in Grand Central Market right off the Hill St entrance. We split a dozen oysters and a bottle of bubbly. Oysters are sourced from Baja and are incredibly fresh and briny, if a little inconsistent in size. Service was impeccable, kudos to Chef Jeffrey for running the show. My folks were visiting from out of town and this was a flashbulb experience for them. We'd do this again in a heartbeat.

We were craving oysters for quite sometime, finally we went to the Oyster Gourmet at the Grand Central Market yesterday evening. Jeffrey shucked a dozen for us. We, as oysters lovers, were quite impressed with the quality and the freshness. Jeffrey was really knowledgeable and even when busy took the time to talk to us. We will be back for more!!!!!
