A very affordable Happy Hour in the bar with a good variety of food. Ask for the Happy Hour menu. The bar area has wonderful booths and tables as well as the bar for seating. Perfect before the game. You can get the full service menu as well. The walls are decorated with painted faces of celebrities and frequent patrons. Very clean and great service. Simone was fantastic.

Hosted a private event here for 50 people using their private upstairs event space and it was an enjoyable experience with plentiful space, delicious seafood towers, surf and turf skewers for the Hors d'oeuvre. Friendly staff, quick service.Parking: Parking garage behind the restaurant with plenty of space $10 cash only or valet.

This is a old school steakhouse so with that said you'll find great steaks and al la carte sides. We ordered : Shrimp cocktail - excellent. Fresh large shrimp with flavorful cocktail sauce. Bread - don't bother even wasting calories on this one. Definitely pass and thank goodness they don't charge you for it. Wedge salad- great. Crispy lettuce, well tasting blue cheese and perfectly cooked bacon. Rib eye steak with and without bone - both were cooked to our liking and had good flavor. Center cut lamb chops - first of all they were small in size, secondly they brought the plate and we cut into the meat is was raw, like RAW. We sent it back and one piece was missing. They said we ate it. We did not . Sides - Mac and Cheese. Watery and no flavor . Creamed spinach - zero flavor . Drinks- they all were classic cocktails made well. Over all, this is a ok place for a good steak and drink. That's about it. Hope Palm can get to the board and come up with new sides .

This Palm location is consistent with most of the other locations I've visited. Similar decor, seating, and atmosphere. Service was pretty good, but with a couple of notable exceptions. When greeted, we were offered "a large bottle of water for the table." I wasn't clear if this meant tap water or purchasing bottled water for a fee, so I asked and it was the latter. Felt a little slippery to me. Also, our entrees took a lot longer than what was communicated to us, but I think that's because when we sat down the place was nearly empty and 20 minutes later it was busy. The drinks were very good; I ordered the Moscow Mule. Wedge salad was enjoyable and the stuffed sea bass was also well prepared. A better variety of dessert options would have been nice. I would return again.

We had an event downtown and wanted a solid, upscale, amazing restaurant downtown. The Palm did not disappoint ! We were so bummed when the palm Beverly Hills closed and this made up for it 10 fold. Our waiter Peter was extra attentive, knowledgeable, and awesome ?! LOVE HIM!!! The food was stellar ?????, and the room was warm, large and inviting ? We aren’t downtown that often for dinner but what a great option!!! Love it!!! We will be back!!! Stellar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My son and I made a reservation for bar seating at 5pm prior to a Clippers game. We wanted a glass of wine and the Prime Time (bar) menu. We ordered calamari, and it was truly awful. It was not brought to the table hot, tasted as if it had been prepared from frozen and tasted as if it had been prepared earlier in the day. No flavor other than overpowering peppers, and served with some blah cocktail sauce. We did not finish most of this dish. We then asked for the Italian Meatball. Sorry, they were out of that. The bar was not crowded, you'd think they'd prepare for a basketball Sunday, but I guess not. So we settled for the burger. I asked that it be split so that we could each have half, and I asked for it to be prepared medium. When the burger arrived, it had been split, and we could see that the inside was red raw. Too late to send it back though. Now to the wait staff. I ordered a 9oz cabernet. The server brought that in a small carafe and proceeded to spill it on the white tablecloth while pouring it into my glass. He then tried to cover up the wine spill with the carafe! Also, when one asks to split a meal, one can assume that two dinner plates will be needed. Most fine restaurants will split the meal and arrange each half on plates in an appealing way. Not here. We received the raw burger served on one plate, and our waiter seemed surprised when we asked for a second plate. The only decent thing about this meal was the 9 oz of cabernet, for which I paid $30. A very poor and overpriced meal. My advice: find another restaurant in LA Live, or eat at Crypto!

I ordered a 16 oz steak and it came unseasoned. Entirely. No salt, no pepper, no char not even in the slightest. It completely lacked flavor because of this. I didn't want to make it a big deal since it was a date night that we'd been looking forward to. I liked the bread better. Very disappointing. Our server was great though and the room is always amazing.

The experience was not great at all. We ordered our full meal after explaining that we were attending the Lakers game. We had ordered oysters and calamari and the calamari never arrived. Our server seemed unaware that it was never given to us, which was concerning as the charge would have likely remained. After receiving our main course, I had to inform our server that the calamari never came. We all ordered our steaks medium rare. All steaks arrived very rare, very cold center and purple. Definitely not medium rare. With the lack of time, we chose to just eat what was served. For the price charged, the service and food was well under par. With this experience, we will not be returning.

Wow! I wanted to like this place. I was soooo looking forward to it. It was so meh yet so pricey. Never going back. There are so many other steak houses. The ribeye was fatty and mediocre. The lobster ravioli was good. The sides were ok. I don’t see how they get away with those prices. Total bummer. And service is slow too and they disappear on you and the restaurant was empty. What a disappointment!

Service was very slow; had to remind the server about the bread basket. Food is not as good as before. Side and salad portions are small compared to price paid. Overall not very good value.

Everything went great for our Valentine's Dinner except 2 things. My steak got mixed up with my girlfriend's. Also, the sauces that came with the steak wasn't disclosed prior that it was $6 each. Really hate when it's a surprise at the end of the bill.

A great The Palm location and classic Palm experience. I went off road from my usual menu choice and was disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the food and preparation are great..... I simply didn't like what I chose; manager took it off the bill..... classy. All the usuals, salads ( love that blue cheese dressing), lobsters, steaks and Italian specials are prepared wonderfully.... Don't forget the half n half (housemade chips and onion strings). All in all an excellent experience.
