I've been coming here since 2018, and I come here at least once every month. For me, it's the only restaurant I visit consistently! As I get bored with most places I eat at. The food is great, but be warned, bring a buddy bc they serve you feast style. You can't just get one side. You gotta get a minimum of 3 sides, and so bring a person with you to enjoy it fully! Nice and quiet, and has an old-school feel without all the drab. I really live eating here! The dumplings are great! I recommend uuhhh any of them!

Came on Chinese New Year with some friends, some were trying Chinese food for the first time. This place did NOT make a good impression. Took our food 45 minutes to arrive. Many other tables were leaving, and some were arguing with the cashier. I made a mistake by paying first, if not we would have left as soon as the shouting started. We ordered their hakao and beef roll, with hot tea.The food arrived cold and greasy. The tea wasn't hot. And they couldn't have bothered to clean the teapot before serving. Went home and woke up the next day with the runs. Will never return. Now i have to re convince my friends of the merits of Chinese cuisine, no thanks to Tian's

Came on Chinese New Year, so this might have effected the service. The food that we were served was great but the service was terrible. There were multiple groups that had waited over an hour for their food. My partner and I received some of our food after 30 minutes of waiting but then had to wait another 45 minutes for his soup.

This place was pretty busy when we went. For only having 2 people working they were on top of everything. Small yet cozy. Food was excellent... Big portions are enough to share and bring home.. would definitely go back to try something new.

Was looking for a spot that had at least a few veggie options and was so happy to see their veggie dumplings, steamed tofu skin buns. Great spot with free parking in the back

Soup dumplings, fried pork dumplings, and sesame balls were super disappointing. The scallion pancakes were okay. No one there on a saturday night.

Omg this place hit the spot on a busy weekday afternoon. It was sweet to sit outside and enjoy dumplings and tea while everyone else was dealing with rush hour traffic. Appreciated the kind, quick service
